BEWARE And PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! I came here for the first time for a carwash in an oversized vehicle. I went down the middle lane because the first lane was blocked off by cones and the second lane looked tight but there was no signage to indicate my car wouldn't fit. As I proceeded forward to speak to the attendant, I heard a sound like when you crush a water bottle. I was unsure as to what happened and got out and saw that I had hit a large, yellow pole. Only to find out from the manager that it was filled with CONCRETE! On further inspection, my front right fender was DESTROYED! I WAS IN COMPLETE AND UTTER SHOCK. I took it to the mechanic to get an estimate about repairs and it was going to cost $1700 to repair!! I returned to the carwash the next week and asked for a manager. I spoke to the same girl that was helping at the kiosk and she reported that this sort of running into the poles thing happens ALL OF THE TIME and that managment was aware of this and would NOT remove it. I asked her to contact a higher up to voice my concerns and received a call immediately. While she was kind she made no effort to right the wrong. Correction: she said that they could refund me the cost of the $18 carwash membership that I had purchased when this all took place but wouldn't be able to address the $1700 of damage that took place while trying to access their carwash. I asked if she knew that this sort of thing has been happening as her manager reported it had on several occasions and she reported that she WAS AWARE OF THIS! She said she'd talk to her boss, who she would not give me a contact name or number for and get back to me. This was Sunday, I believe she called me the following Tuesday or Wednesday with the same rehearsed response of I'm sorry this happened but we aren't responsible nor will we be doing ANYTHING to prevent this sort of thing from happening to future customers. I apologized for my first conversation with her (I was excited but truly in shock during our first conversation) and told her that I wasn't looking for $$$ but that her future customers deserved to NEVER have this experience. Who just has thousands of dollars to pay for just accessing the carwash???? I asked if she would place a sign above the third entrance so that oversized or larger vehicles would enter there with less of a chance to run into one of the 4 oversized poles that are located around the designated entrance. SHE SAID THAT SHE and the OWNER WOULD NOT! I was beyond disappointed and shocked and told her, as a human it was my responsibility to share my concerns and I ALSO OFFERED A VERY REASONABLE, EASY & AFFORDABLE SOLUTION to improve the safety and customer experience going forward and it was disappointing to say the least that they WERE AWARE AND NEGLIGENT OF PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS CONCERNS AND MY CURRENT CONCERNS and had CHOSE PROFIT OVER ACCOUNTABILITY. The carwash itself was good. Access WAS AND IS TERRIBLE! AVOID THIS PLACE! It's not worth the headache and $$$$ you'll have to pay to fix ALL THE DAMAGES THAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOUR CAR!!
