Dependable, delicious food. The place is always busy, but somehow they're always able to see us.

Great! The service was fast, and the food was delicious. They have the most amazing marinara sauce! We ordered the prosciutto pizza, Mediterranean pasta, and lasagna. The lasagna portion was huge and had a lot of meat in it. The pizza and Mediterranean pasta were both very flavorful. It can get pretty busy, especially on the weekend, so reservations are recommended. read more

A fairly good place. The food was good but there was nothing exciting about any of the dishes we tried. We had a couple of mixed green salads, the Vesuvius pizza, and the pasta carbonara. The pizza was good but there was no wow factor which was the theme of the food for the night. The pasta also was okay, the noodles were good with great texture but the flavor was lacking. Overall I feel like a good restaurant for a basic Italian meal but nothing we ate was worth going back for besides the herbed bread. It wasn't bad, but not amazing enough to go back. read more

Amazing food and service! The goat cheese special was so yummy...I would order it every time if on the menu. The red sauce is the best! Great salmon entree. And our server Ben went above and beyond....made the experience even better. Highly recommend! read more

This was our first visit to Via Baci. We sat outside and enjoyed the cool evening air. We tried the funghi pizza and mixed green salad. The pizza (made with gluten free dough) was excellent! It was chock full of chunky mushrooms and roasted garlic. The kid's pizza was rather greasy though. Sadly, the service left a little to be desired. Our server didn't seem attentive until it was tip time, but other servers there seemed friendly. I might give the restaurant a go again sometime, for the pizza, and hope for a better experience. read more

Meh....restaurant smells bad. My friend and I ate outside on wet furniture. I had the eggplant parmigiana. It was hot but must have been yesterday's as it was soggy with very thin slices of eggplant and a mushy covering. Tomato sauce on top delish. I won't return. read more

Normally A fan of this neighborhood spot sadly not today. From the server who was simply bad to the water that never got refilled to simply mediocre "Italian food / cavatapi pasta with chicken ..... we had to ask the server for freshly shaved cheese (a tiny amount of which was brought much later so the food was cold). The food was floating in oil .... (See picture). Enough to leave bad taste in one's mouth to take a pause from coming here. I know everyone is hurting for staff but this was just a simply mediocre evening that left a poor and quite oily taste in our mouth. read more

Love this place ! Best Italian food ever!! I had the pumpkin ravioli and omg they served it with a pistachio sauce that was to die for !! Super delicious and their wine selection is great as well. My son in law ordered for my daughters birthday dinner last night. What a mess that was. I phoned them on the 23rd and spoke to the manager to find out what i could order. She informed me chicken and steak would be safe with my bay leaf and thyme allergy. 2 mintues prior to him arriving they tried to phone and say None of their meats were safe!! What??? Then we arrive at their home for dinner and they had to purchase a whole chicken at Sprouts just for me. I open the box with my salad to find it wilted! Yummy, NOT!! Who is the goofball there that put my salad in the bottom of the bag? With hot food on top!! Totally unacceptable. I picked thru and got enough for an extremely small salad. Ridiculous read more

Yum yum yum! This was a good place to go for our lunch - the food was a great portion size (not too small, not too much) although maybe just a tad pricey, but definitely worth it after you taste their food! They have one of the best tasting marinara sauces. The setting was nice, clean, & relaxing. The service was really great - both our server & his team were all friendly & they seemed to work well together. If I remember correctly, I think our server was Sam! We'll definitely be back! read more

I stopped in because I had received an email about their customer appreciation happy hour event and I was not disappointed. They had a great spread of appetizers and pizza that were all delicious (and going fast!) They were quick to replenish the food and even though the servers were running to take care of everyone, they managed to do a great job! I tried the Italian margarita and the white Sangria and both were delicious. The remodel gives the place an open and more modern look and except for the air conditioning vent blowing straight at me from the pipe running across the open ceiling, it was very comfortable. I can't wait to go back and try some of the pasta dishes - and of course get more of that delicious pizza! read more

Where have I been that I skipped checking out this place..I m wondering...hmmm For some reasons I thought this place is a chain from the other state but from talking to our server, this restaurant is one and only in Lone Tree. As soon as we walked in, we could tell that this place is absolutely a popular spot in the area as the place was busy at the tables and also the bar. The menu offers very basic Italian dishes that you normally can find somewhere else. However, keeping it simple but great might be the concept here. We ordered the Carbonara, the chicken Parmesan and the starter mussels. The Carbonara was great with the special pasta type, soft and perfect thickness. The eggs in there made the Carbonara a bit soggy and the flavor got thinner but overall it was a yummy dish. The chicken Parmesan was good and the ingredients were fresh but couldn't think of why it was special here ...it was a chicken Parmesan you know. The mussels were great and was fantastic to start the meal. Service was very fast and friendly. Great choice in the area if you crave for Italian foods. read more

One of my favorite pizza places! Sometimes they have deals on Mondays for BOGO free, though you do have to do it online as they won't do it in store. My favorite is their Florentine pizza, it's absolutely fantastic. They are made fresh with fresh ingredients and the quality is top notch. It's way better than any of the "build your own" pizzas and there's a ton of different options from white pizzas, to olive oil, to tomato sauce to Diablo. Highly recommend, especially their BOGO free! read more

I've been to this restaurant several times in the past and it was great. I'm not sure if there is a different owner or different manager, but today, the service and food were horrible. I had to get up and find my server to make my food order and when it came out, it seemed like a pre-made plate that had been sitting in the cooler for days. The bread appetizer was clearly leftover pizza crust. Service was slow despite at least 6 servers/bartenders talking amongst themselves. The server was not rude, but just indifferent. read more

We love Via Baci! We usually sit at the bar and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is consistently great, too!

Maybe I was just unlucky, but Via Baci came off as very standard Italian fare to me. I got the pasta carbonara when I went, and it was relatively standard, if not slightly worse than that. The sauce didn't stand out to me, and the noodles were a bit undercooked. More importantly, the portion sizes were extremely small. At $16+, I would've expected a slightly larger portion, but that's just my personal opinion. Overall, this place just felt very average to me, but I will check it out 2 more times and update my review in case this experience was an outlier. read more

Boring menu , no complementary bread , small portions , too much garlic , food came out in about 5 minutes after ordering.. ( precooked ?) no ambience , Ventilation came on 1/2 through the meal and immediately cooled off my pasta . Not an authentic style Italian Restaurant unfortunately . Start to finish 1/2 hour tops. Very Disappointed :( I had the Bolognese .. my husband had Rigatoni. read more

Ordered take out. Ordered three bambino pizzas- which were really good. Dough and sauce are definitely fresh. I'm disappointed in my meal all together- I ordered the bolognese pasta with meatballs: 17.95 + 3.95 for two meatballs. See the picture below- does it look like it was worth 21 and change??? Small portions, and overall very dry, not enough sauce. The noodles were over cooked and mushy- had tons of noodles and very little sauce. The Brussels sprouts with goat cheese were delicious- but again- not worth the price. Paid 60 bucks for three kids pizzas, Brussels sprouts, and pasta. That is with a 7 dollar tip for the driver from Grub-hub. Just soooo disappointing. read more

Via Baci is one of my favorite pizza spots! I don't get anything too fancy, just their pepperoni and I add on artichokes! The crust & dough are thin and really close to tasting like NYC pizza dough. Their sauce is DELICIOUS! It has chunks of tomato and some garlic in it. They use good quality cheese and the pepperonis crisp up super nice! The other items that I always order are the adult Mac & Cheese, the herb bread, the wood fired mussels (OMG SO GOOD), and their caprese salad. I have never had a bad meal and this will continue to be one of my favorite go-to's! read more

Not too shabby. I have known Via Baci was in this lot for quite some time as I grew up around it, but have never tried it until now! First, the atmosphere is great! The inside is so hip looking and I love that you can see the kitchen and the chefs cook. Some pretty good looking options on the menu, I got a steak salad which was good but definitely lacked steak. Staff seemed nice just very overwhelemed (it's the holidays so I understand guys, thank you for your hard work). The wine was tasty! It wasn't really busy inside at all, but I'd maybe come back another time of the year that is less hectic for the staff. Just gonna throw this out there it was really hard to wash my hands as the sink faucet didn't quite go out far enough for the kind of sink they have and my hands were up againts the rim. Hope this helps! read more
