Wow! This is why i love yelp! I'm on a business trip to CO, so im not very familiar with this area. I wanted some good italian food, so i yelped it and found via baci down the street from my hotel. This is a small restaurant with a limited selection of food and drinks on the menu. There's no need for an elaborate menu when you can perfect the limited items offered. I got a free appetizer for checking in to the restaurant through the yelp app on my iphone and 50% off wine because it's a thursday night. I had the via baci pasta, which includes clams, mussels, shrimp and sausages in a garlic tomato sauce for just under $18. The sauce was so amazing that it didnt matter what they put in it! I wanted to drink the sauce after i was done with my pasta, but then thought twice since i was with my coworker. She also had a pasta that she was very impressed with. Our total bill came out to $38. Definitely a must try!!! read more

Gluten free pizza is NOT worth it. I tried the chicken bianco pizza and while the flavor of the toppings were a good mix, the crust was less than desirable. It was soft and pretty much flavorless. The worst part was how small the pizza was! For $18 you get barely an 8" pizza. There are definitely other places very nearby that have much better gluten free pizza and you get 2-3x more pizza for the same price. The staff was however very nice when I picked up my to go order and I cannot speak for any of the other items as this is all I've tried. read more

Refreshing flavors, nice atmosphere, great service but I was blown away by the nutella pizza. I'm not much of a dessert guy, but this was probably one of the best desserts I've ever tried. Will definitely come back read more

Came here for happy hour. I was a little hesitant because it is in a strip mall sort of spot next to a supercuts. The happy hour menu isn't all that extensive. The best value is the $2 off any pizza. I ordered the Margherita and a $5 glass of wine. Service was impeccable. Margherita great. As I looked at the entire menu and all looked pretty standard. They offered Eggplant Parmesan which is one of my favorites. I really wished they offered an Eggplant Rollatini (like manicotti but with eggplant slices not noodles). I am a Pescetarian and sometimes I don't want the bulk of pasta or bread. read more

I go here for lunch about once a month and really enjoy it. I usually get the Gorgonzola Rustica salad with chicken, which is really good. I've also had a couple of their pizzas as well. They use really fresh ingredients which really makes all their food taste great. My husband and I spent a over a week in Italy a couple years ago and have longed to find a place that makes pizza like we had in Rome. Via Baci is the closest we've found in the area. read more

First time ordering take-out and I've got mixed feelings... When I arrived there was a lot of confusion as to the status of my order, leading me to believe they don't get many take-out orders. Especially since they were not at all busy. When I got home and realized they had messed up my order slightly, I called and spoke to the manager who was very helpful and apologetic. He credited back card over the phone and made sure I had his name if their were any further issues. The food itself was ok. I've eaten there before and it was wonderful, which makes me think I'll stick to dine-in vs take-out in the future. read more

I arrived there for the firt time with my wife and my 3 yr old daughter and went to the host, he said to wait since there's no table for three out front patio. Then a guy came in asked for table of 3 out on patio.., he got a table, the shift manager sat them right away and we were there first and waited. What the...??! The food was mediocre, bland, There was a scoop of seasoned mayo in my Ciopino!!!! Who does that? The Clams linguini was bland, the Bruschetta Rustica was so rustic it has no flavor! Then to top it off, we waited 20 minutes for our dessert! We never complained, and paid full price. read more

I'm not the biggest Italian cuisine person but I love this place! They have hands down the best spinach Artichoke dip I've ever tried, and their Melanzana pizza with veggies and eggplant is soooo yummy!! The service is great, the bar is great and overall a good choice when it comes to wanting Italian food! read more

I've never had issues here before and I love the gluten free options. Service was great but unfortunately the mussels yesterday gave my friend and I horrible food poisoning. Disappointed because now we don't feel comfortable coming back to a great restaurant. read more

Haven't been here for a while and I live just down the street. What a treat to rediscover a local gem. The food is fantastic and the service was amazing. Perfect spot for a couples night out or with the family. We'll be here again soon! read more

Ordered the caprese salad and herb bread for lunch through DoorDash. Sure the mozzarella (only three pieces for $14.98) was good but really? I got more lettuce than mozzarella and tomatoes and worst thing - only two tiny basil leaves. I have to wonder - if a caprese salad's primary ingredients are fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil - how were they the least amount of ingredients I got? I know the description said mixed greens but this was crazy. At this price I could have bought a whole package of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil vs the three slices of mozzarella, tomatoes and two tiny leaves of basil I got. I threw out the mixed greens because it was more spinach which I can't eat then mixed greens. Oh and I paid for bread when the salad came with two pieces - had the description said that I wouldn't have paid $4.99 for bread I didn't need and $1.49 for a small cup of sauce. Over priced and if you were expecting a true caprese salad this is not it. read more

The best Italian place, their food is soooooo good, I love their pizzas!! One of our go to places all the time. Plus the whole staff is always so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you're happy with your meal. read more

I messaged back Valerie Gaddis-Arellano Director of Marketing Via Baci, Rialto Cafe, Table Mountain Inn and never heard back in regards to "making it better", so yes, someone did try to contact me and when I responded, I never heard back from them. Thanks. read more

After my last review, the manager sent me a gift certificate to come back (which I thought was great customer service). We had a great server, Ken. He made the experience way better. The food was still decent, nothing special. Few things I feel could be improved are the pizza is a bit soggy, would be great if it was crispier, and the muscles were ever so slightly over cooked (but very tasty none the less). All in all, much better experience, and would return if Ken is working :) read more

I'm not somebody to post a review unless something is just THAT bad & the service was THAT bad. Alexandra (looking at the receipt) was our waitress & she was rude from the very start as it was obvious that she didn't want to be there herself. She had no problem interrupting our conversation & stood there awkwardly on top of basically while we paid (think she wanted to see if she was getting tipped which we still did). The pizza was good & the salad was alright. To me, it reminded me of Pizza Republica but Pizza Repulica is so much better! Definitely not a place I would recommend. Take it from someone who 99.9% would side with the waiter / waitress / restaurant. read more

Been going there for years. Always consistent. Best wood fired pizza! They are always great at customer service.

Best Coppino I've ever had. Great wine selection, cozy, intimate atmosphere. Great service. Really good salads and wood fire pizza. Perfect for a Friday night date. I think they have half priced wine on Tuesdays. read more

Really enjoy this place, but had an important birthday dinner for a close friend and I made reservations a few days in advance only to find out they didn't put me in the system. No reservation. Even worse the resolution was I could come in and wait for a table? Really? Great customer service on YOUR mistake. As much as I like Via Baci that's really a disappointing experience that will lead me not to come back. read more

Whoa, who knew this place was here? Buried in the Target suburban-parking structure-complex, you'll find this gem. I split a pizza with my better half, and the mozzarella alone was fantastico! (Wait, is that Italian, or Spanish?) A couple of "musts:" the spinach-artichoke dip. And if you're into this kind of thing, don't miss the two nights a week where wine is 40% off. I'm not going to tell you which days, though...but I'll see you there! read more

Via Baci has everything you need in a small, suburban, Italian bistro. The service is attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is warm, subtle and has just the right amount of ambient volume to remind you just how popular the spot is without hindering a conversation. There's something very stylish about the interior's mixed colors and sharp angles complimented by upbeat music that is far from Italian. No, this restaurant knows that it is in the middle of an American suburbia and doesn't try to fool anyone into thinking otherwise. The food is excellent and portions seem to be just right. The menu is clean, uncomplicated and easy to order from without feeling limited. The wine list is reasonable with a good selection of affordable, red wines. Try the Masi Bonicasta Valpolicella Classico. For food there's no way to go wrong. The pizza is a true treat with the Enzo and Vesuvius representing the top of their class. For those looking to impress a date I recommend, as your recommendation, the Pumpkin Ravioli. I promise you that you will not be disappointed. read more

Great local hang out in lone tree! A cozy spot for quality Italian food and tasty drinks. Servers are great and it's perfect for a quick happy hour or nice date night with your partner. They are always busy so make reservations and try the delicious pizza or pasta! read more

We have been coming to Via Baci since it's arriving in Lone Tree! Really miss old mangers! A couple years ago management under went change. The old managers always visit our table with a smile and small talk. New mangers wear a frown face, treat staff poorly, from my observation and never have visited our table. read more

I have known that Via Baci has been around, but was never compelled to try it thinking that the it was just another "pizza joint." Let's just say that I have been kicking myself that I haven't tried them sooner! They do have a wood fired pizza oven and the slice of pepperoni and cheese that my son had ordered was pretty good. What I want to rave about was the wood -fired mussels and the cioppino. The mussels are cooked in a garlic, white wine and butter broth and were the best I've ever had. The mussels were of good size and fresh tasting and the broth I could have drank straight from the bowl, if there hadn't been so many other diners around. My kids and wife, who normally don't like shell fish, ate more than their share. Others have posted that they order this dish all to themselves and now I understand. My cioppino consisted of a mix of seafood in a savory tomato broth. It had a spicy kick to it, that heated the inner soul just enough on a brisk fall night. I can't even recall what my wife had since I was so focused on my own entree'. I do recall her saying that it was good...whatever it was. We like Maggiano's very much. I describe Maggiaono's fare as rich and rustic, sometimes on the heavy side. Whereas Via Baci is much lighter and fresher, with a more modern flavor. We like Via Baci even better. It is definitely our new favorite italian place. read more

Love this place. Fast delivery and packaged perfectly so good is hot every time I receive! Salads are all delicious and love all their pizzas! read more

Going to this modern Italian bistro is becoming a habit. I'm loving the food. So far my favorites are CHICKEN PICATTA and the FIG PROSCIUTTO PIZZA. Next for me is he WOOD-FIRED MUSSELS and the WOOD-ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS. The service is equally outstanding. Christine (C.C.) is a great server.... attentive yet not hovering. Sometimes I eat by myself and hate when I'm treated as a 2nd class diner, but it didn't happen here. I got the same excellent service as everyone else. Highly recommend this place. read more

Delicious food and great beer selection. I visit from chicago often and this pizza is really flavorful. Great service too!

Via Baci is the best! Great food, great atmosphere! When we visit we always feel like we're in a family owned restaurant. We like to go for Happy Hour when we can and get the Enzo Pizza, the Caprese salad, and a glass of wine. Always excellent! The owner/manager and staff are all wonderful. Highly recommend! read more

My previous trip here wasn't quite what I expected and the management offered to buy me dinner. I didn't take the free offer but I came back to give them another chance and things turned out fine! I didn't write up a review that last time. This is my second trip back and it too was a good experience. read more

Had lunch yesterday at VB while on a short break from an appointment in the area. This was the second time we'd eaten. I had the Italian Grinder and my better half had the Margarita Pizza, both were excellent, our waiter was great and the food came out quickly, which was a blessing as we needed a quick bit without having to go fast food. The bread on my grinder was outstanding and the amount of fine Italian meats was substantial. Sad it'd been three years since our first visit! Looks like we'll have many more trips to the area in the coming months, so we'll be glad to stop by again. read more

Great find for a business traveler looking for a casual, yet delicious meal with relatable, attentive service. Staying within this area on a work trip, I've unfortunately succumb to many mediocre meals. Tonight was definitely an exception. The server I had was wonderful and made sure to make extra care I was entertained being a solo diner. She did an excellent job allowing me to read my book but also checking in to see what I needed. To eat I had the half sized green salad which was delicious down to the toasted pine nuts, and the Vesuvius pizza served with their homemade mozzarella. Both items were delicious and I would order again in a heart beat. This was a great find, and I would frequent here if I lived in the area. read more

Met a girlfriend here for a lunch last month. It had been at least 15 years. Her suggestion and an amazing one. Caprese salads either ice tea. Perfection. Waitress paced us without rushing us. Can't wait to try it for dinner. read more

Went here for a happy hour with a friend of mine at her recommendation and I was surprised how much I liked it!! The prosciutto pizza with fig was really really good! We went on a Tuesday night because they do half off bottles. The wine list is really not that great and they had two mispellings on their menu which I just HAD to point out to our waitress. She said they already knew about it and were getting a new menu re-printed soon. It wook a while for the bartender to come and take our drink order, but once she did she seemed to be fairly attentive. I'll definitely check this place out again on a Tuesday night. read more

This place is perfect for an upscale lunch, or even a casual date night. I've been here a number of times over the years, usually for lunch, and I've never had a bad meal or experience- that says a lot about a restaurant. Their pizza is delicious; thin crust neopolitan-style, with fresh and vibrant toppings. They have great appetizer options, including a unique take on roasted brussels sprouts that includes goat cheese- a wonderful surprise for the dish! I've never had pasta here because once you start reading through the pizza options, and see them beautifully presented at other tables, it's hard to resist ordering one. They do have a wonderful salad options too which I have enjoyed before. The service is always top-notch from the greeting at the door, to thoughtful menu suggestions when requested, to a prompt checkout during the lunch rush. Speaking of lunch rush, get there before 11:30 to ensure no wait and close parking. They offer a happy hour that seems like it could be a good deal, so I will likely check that out one of these days. Until then, Via Baci will remain my go-to for husband lunch dates and casual dinner dates. read more

Great lunch or dinner option in the Lone Tree area. The pizzas are substantial enough for 1-2 people and come with a variety of toppings. The sauce has good flavor, and the crust is one of the best I've had in Denver - a bit salty, chewy, and nicely charred. Definitely plan on coming here when I can manage to get out of the office, but also a good option for ordering dinner late when I'm stuck at work...now if only they delivered! read more

Went here on a whim and the food was sooooooo good! Please don't ever take the lemon and capers pasta off the menu. I will deff be coming back! read more

First time here and unfortunately we won't be back. Usually a place with 4 stars on yelp doesn't disappoint but this definitely did. Service was fine, but food was just not good. I had Chicken Picatta and it was so watery and bland it was barely worth eating. My husbands chicken cavatappi reminded me of Applebees. I can't believe they charge over $15 for entrees like these. We were hoping to find a good Italian restaurant in the burbs but this definitely wasn't it. read more

Great pizza though I tend to get the Al Quattro Formaggi every time - fresh herb garlic-infused evoo, house-made mozzarella, gorgonzola, provolone, goat cheese, fresh herbs. Yum & garlic! If you check in on Yelp, you'll get a free appetizer or dessert. We opted for the tiramisu. Price was a bit high for lunch - 10.49 for my pizza, but the place was doing a nice business and lunching ladies on the front patio didn't seemed phased. read more

I wish you would let staff go maskless. We need to see our wait people's faces, it's time! . Food is Great.

The pizza is excellent! I used to come her a lot when they ran a lunch special, but the last time I was there they no longer had the special so I haven't been back, $15 is a bit much for a lunch. That said, it's a great outdoor patio lunch option on a nice day, even if it's in the Target parking lot, you don't notice. Very tasty wood fired pizza, I've been here with several people and the only ones that didn't love it, ordered pasta. As someone who has had pizza in Italy, and a friend who visits family there often said..."it's as close to Italian pizza as I've had in the states". Now it can be argued if that is a good thing or not, I think Americans have improved "Pizza", but you can't argue with Via Baci's results. read more
