The worst part wasn't even the initial mistake. Mistakes happen. It was being lied to and made to believe they had prepared fresh food when they hadn't. They only offered to remake the order after we had already figured out what happened. Not only was the customer service disappointing, but the thought of exchanging food that had already left the restaurant and gone into someone else's home between customers is completely unacceptable.
