I called and the unit is dripping down into from the top floor into my hallway through a light switch which is very very dangerous. I called and left a message with Rocky and it's the same number as the business phone number. I am sorry to leave a negative review but I needed someone to call me back and I called 7×2×1st and seven times oops well what I mean to say is I called twice and got no response so I kept calling the number that I had the only number and it said Rocky. He called me back finally and was rude very very rude claimed I was rude which I don't think I was just called several times because I'm terrified of water and electricity it does not mix. We know what is wrong and I like I said no it's Sunday but the way he talk to me was horrible and I did not harass him I just kept calling and and telling him that I knew it was Sunday but I just needed for someone to call me as soon as possible. They need a new number for emergency phone calls etc. I'm sorry that this review is negative but that's the way it is when you treat people like dirt. He said it was Sunday and no one was gonna come out today it was family day I understand but it's also a very dangerous day for my family. Electricity and water don't mixAs I said before so this is my review. Rocky you need some new phone numbers you need a new phone number for your business or your sale one or the other or you need to answer your cell when your customer calls and has an emergency and you need an emergency phone number for someone to come out and see what is happening. Thank you

Kim's HVAC is the perfect middle ground where the company is 100% independent, but not too small where certain jobs may be too difficult or their online presence (or lack thereof) has you worrying about using them. Charles is honest, personable, and most importantly, good at what he does. He recently replaced my entire HVAC system and not once did he try to upsell me on anything. His answers were always straightforward and I appreciated his honesty throughout the estimate/quote process. Large expenses can obviously be stressful, but Kim's HVAC put my mind at ease from the start. They stand by the work they do and the value in that cannot be overstated. Thanks again!

Today is 99 degrees…read more I contacted James, the owner after reading the reviews here and he came out here last Friday to inspect our condenser (outside unit) and discovered that we had a bad compressor. Now going back about two years ago we replaced our furnace and the coil. Last year I had an HVAC company come out and they said we needed a whole new system, costing almost $5K, something we could not afford. Moving forward, on Friday James discovered that our coil in our attic could be used with R-410A (refrigerant), so we did not need to replace it, something the other guys tried to deceive us on. James is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC, explained why it would not be worth just replacing the compressor and thoroughly enlightened me on just replacing the condenser. In the end a new unit costs the same as a new compressor, so it was an easy decision to make. James was able to find us a new unit for an excellent price and replaced our old condenser that was R-22 to the new standard R-410A. As James pointed out because we are selling our home, most people will want R-410A systems, as R-22 parts will become obsolete in 2020, as R-22 systems (Class II Ozone-Depleting Substance) are being phase out due to EPA Laws. Today, James let me know he found a unit and that he was on his way. He installed the brand new Goodman 5 Ton, 13 Seer and now we have COLD air. This guy is extremely professional, has a good moral compass and is an honest man, something that is extremely RARE in HVAC. My best friend who is a contractor and works with HVAC companies could not even refer me to ones he trusted, now that is sad. Therefore, I am so glad that I found this guy. I'd recommend this guy and his team to anyone and will certainly use him again in our new house. I do not say this often, but anyone would be foolish not to call this guy. Seriously, he saved us a lot, did a great job and he is cool too. [Review #293] (Fifthy Third Review of 2015)
