Keeping your HVAC in good condition is better than dealing with issues that usually end up as emergency situations. I contacted Vu to find out if they offer maintenance programs and to find the cost. Price was reasonable so had him come out. Communication was clear, he informed me when he was on his way, and he was punctual. His did a thorough evaluation (since it was the first time he was seeing the system) and provided some recommendation. He wasn't pushy or seem like he was wanting to make a quick buck. He's now come out for 2 visits and one when I blew a capacitor (that I didn't change when he recommended me to). Moral of the story, keep your system in tip top shape, review the recommendations and ask for a reasoning. Vu did that and I understand the things he's charged me for. Called because the unit went out less than a year warranty. The company said they would come out, but well over 5 days later, they have not come out. They have not been answering calls, or returning voicemails had to call a new one out, that is stating it is going to cost $2,000 (paid close to $3,000 for the initial new service) because they used a bad furnace unit, and they knew was for 2007 and not 2017.
