Keeping your HVAC in good condition is better than dealing with issues that usually end up as emergency situations. I contacted Vu to find out if they offer maintenance programs and to find the cost. Price was reasonable so had him come out. Communication was clear, he informed me when he was on his way, and he was punctual. His did a thorough evaluation (since it was the first time he was seeing the system) and provided some recommendation. He wasn't pushy or seem like he was wanting to make a quick buck. He's now come out for 2 visits and one when I blew a capacitor (that I didn't change when he recommended me to). Moral of the story, keep your system in tip top shape, review the recommendations and ask for a reasoning. Vu did that and I understand the things he's charged me for. He checked out my unit and told me the dreadful news, that I needed another unit. He emailed a quote to repair the damages and a quote for a new unit.
