I took it to Cheapest iPhone Repair to see if they could fix it, they said it could be the IC charging chip and quoted me $250 IF they were able to fix it. Unfortunately, the phone still did not function after the repairs, and they confirmed it would in fact require a full logic board replacement. I ended up purchasing a new phone but since the phone did not work after the repairs, they did not charge me a cent.
