She seemed really taken with my dog's abilities, at such a young age, and almost had an air of jealousy towards her. I would never work with such a know-it-all and if I see her at the park, again, I will pick my puppy up and leave. She tried to pick up my puppy, without asking, and my puppy wiggled out of her arms...well, Poppy, I can pick her up just fine. Please don't come near me, or MY dog. Thanks!

We always loved our little Mini Schnauzer but she was a difficult pooch. We are to blame of course but we couldn't fix the behaviors. She was aggressive toward dogs and strangers and had zero ideas how to listen to commands. We loved her but few others did. :( Sarah met us and got know us and our dog and within the hour she had complete understanding of what caused our bad behaviors. She helped us to understand how a dog thinks and how it impacts their behavior in situations. We then handed over our sweet dog for two weeks to Sarah (she needed extra extra) and when we got her back it was a literal and figurative and actual miracle. She was this obedient, calm, and in control dog. We met her at a park and she was around humans and dogs and didn't lose her shit even once. She came, sat, stayed on command. And better yet Sarah showed us how to do magic too. We have had our dog back for a few weeks since the spa treatment and she is getting better and better each day. No backsliding at all. Next step is to start taking her to the office with me. It was worth every nickel. It has completely impacted our lives in a positive way. So thank you Sarah. You ROCK! If you have come to this page it is because you are like we were with a dog you love that needs help (you are the one who needs the help btw). You are stressed out and have zero clues how to fix it. We would like to welcome you to present day us with a dog that is an absolute joy who is always in control and a happy obedient companion. Imagine that for a minute. Yep it's real for us now thanks to Sarah. I don't care that this review is TLDR. I can't give 10 stars so I gave words.

Getting him out to the park and into the water on a regular basis has allowed me to rest assured that he is getting the activity and socialization a large active dog needs when they are young. On a human note, Rhi has been generous and flexible and worked around our crazy schedules to explicitly make our lives easier in times when we needed care as much as our animals did. Overall a fantastic experience working with her and I think that everyone should entrust her with their pooches care. For both their dog's sake and their own.

The training sessions have been going very well, and her instructions and feedback are always clear. I can see progress every day with my puppies. I really appreciate that she steps in to help correct an error when necessary, but also takes the time to observe what you are doing first. She evaluates whether it is something that truly needs her input, something you can correct yourself, or simply a one-time mistake, which makes the learning process for me better since I am also able to catch my own mistakes and get assistance when needed. Rashelle has also been extremely responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. What I appreciate most is her ability to truly listen, not just to what we think we want, but to what we are actually trying to achieve. I often came in with a clear idea of what I thought we needed, and she took the time to ask thoughtful questions about our ultimate goals. Through those more in-depth conversations, she was able to better understand our family's needs and find the most effective training approach, often offering alternate or better solutions that made more sense for our dogs and our lifestyle.

We signed up for obedience training with Rashelle and found her very personable and knowledgeable. She was the second trainer that we tried and was a complete 180 from our first training experience, which had emphasized dominance and fear based techniques, something that really didn't work well for us. When we worked with Rashelle, I found she had a realistic approach but was also conscious of maintaining the presence of patience, kindness, and compassion from me towards my dog . She listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. My dog and I have a much better relationship now and I incorporate the concepts she's taught us into many aspects of our day to day training and living. Thanks Rashelle!
