They also said they sent it to my email which I never got they are keeping me from finishing my settlement for a car accident. This is all I need. I've called numerous times. Seems like they're incompetent very disappointed. I only need a bill for my back and neck with the codes for my It's easier if I get it and they can't even help me with that first of all, I don't like to be lied to and said that they mail it to me and I haven't gotten it and they sent it to my email. Then the director tells me she's going to go over everything and send you a bill with the out of pocket pricing. Its been now 6 months and I just got a bill from a collection company for the Solis bill. This collection bill doesn't even have minus the money I paid that day. I just got off the phone with billing saying they are going to retract the bill in collections and minus the money and resend it in collections. Not send me the bill from them minus the money. Now I go to Smil and they make you feel so comfortable and safe there. They have compassion for there customers and don't rush you out the door. Whatever you do.. DO NOT GO TO SOLIS!!
