We ended up following their self guided tour instructions and it was actually a lot of fun and easy to do. We even called the owner for directions getting back to the ferry at the end of the day so we didn't miss it lol. Anyways. Highly recommended family business. Thanks again! Update 2026: still a 5-star service!…read more Bill's Transportation Services gives me what no Uber or corporate service could: true piece of mind and the feeling of community. I feel very safe using this service to pick me up in the wee morning hours at the airport and get me home safely, and as a single lady that is very rare but of utmost importance. I have been using this service for almost three years now and the quality has always been top notch. The service has grown to include several more drivers, of which I've had two newer ones, both of whom were polite, courteous and professional. If you're reading this looking for a ride, I encourage you to give Bill's Transportation Services a try, whether it's an airport run, drop off/pick up from a doctor visit you won't be able to drive back from, or any other ride you'll want to schedule in advance.

Bill was early for pickup to Logan and super nice on the way there, making the ride enjoyable. The brand new van offered a very comfortable, smooth and quiet ride and we had plenty of time to spare at the airport. Before departures Bill even offered a courtesy check to make sure we had all the important items like passport, wallet, phone etc. Arriving home, our driver Tony communicated his ETA and called us to confirm the precise pickup point even down to the inch. Tony was so nice and we had good conversation with him and again the van was super comfortable and clean. Tony even helped carry suitcases directly to the door. I appreciated that both Bill and Tony communicated multiple times in text with confirmations, ETAs etc. Sent photos of the vans well in advance with license plates which was a really nice touch, so that we knew exactly what vehicle to look for. Bill and Tony easily accommodated an itinerary with multiple stops which made our lives SO much easier and saved us from unnecessary driving and coordination. Everything was done via text/phone which is way better than dealing with a clunky website or corporate office. Price was very reasonable and very well worth it for the level of professionalism you get. We will be booking with Bill's Transportation Services in the future for sure.

The receptionist who I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I got a detailed email confirmation with all the flight times listed and exactly when the driver would be at my home/airport. On the travel days, I got a text from the driver introducing himself and letting me know the Time he would arrive. Drivers were both exactly on time. We were picked up in a big brand new spacious van with plenty of room for 11people and all our luggage. The driver packed all of the luggage in the van for us. They had a cooler of ice cold waters and sodas for both drop off and pickup. We had two different drivers one to the airport and another from the airport. Both were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, very accommodating, on time, and they were excellent drivers. They both asked if we were comfortable, if the ac was at a good level, what type of music we wanted. They just made us feel so comfortable. Absolutely wonderful experience. I am so happy I found this company because I have used many others in the past and none of them compare to the excellence of Austin. I definitely recommend this business and plan on using them for all my travel transportation needs.

Most companies won't do a transfer for a wedding and we had no need for four hours of limo service since the ceremony and reception were in the same location. A Formal offered three hours of service (the shortest window I could find) and at a reasonable rate. Tom (the owner/driver) was easy to book with over the phone, quick to respond to emails and provided a smooth ride in a beautiful Lincoln crossover limo. However, his customer service skills left much to be desired. He came across as aggravated the last few times we spoke on the phone and actually had me in tears after one call (the services were already paid for at this point). His attitude during my drop off at the venue was terrible and this was during the point of the day when I was the most nervous. The car doesn't have an interior light or mirror (I guess I was supposed to know this) so if you need to do any makeup touch ups, you have to rely on a bridesmaid to hold her phone flashlight and use your front facing phone camera.

I had seen their limos around previously. Upon calling I spoke to Tom who was friendly and accommodating. His original phone call quoted me and I hung up with all the info I needed to check with parents and get a deposit. When I called back a few minor details had changed, and as expected so did the cost (we added 2 people and half an hour). I gave a deposit and was told cash could be paid on the night of the prom. We had rented the town car for 9 people. Prices were competitive and reasonable. Upon arriving at our meeting spot a few parents had already said our driver was waiting asking for me. I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy and provided both my contract and receipts for both transactions. The contract was simple and easy to understand and the driver was excellent. He texted me when the kids arrived at the venue and when they were back for the night safely at after prom. This was huge to me considering the car was full of mostly minors. I was very happy to know all the kids arrived safely. Bonus: because the had a bigger car availabe (a Thursday night) the kids were excited to see the SUV pull up. I believe this seats 16 (sorry if I'm wrong) and the kids were super excited for the "upgrade" and the nicer car and more room. Parents were a bit jealous, too!! Excellent service, great communication, kids loved the driver and everyone had fun. We will be using them again.

We reserved a party bus for my daughter's birthday (we chose it online with the help of the owner) and paid $100 to reserve it well in advance of the actual date. We called three days before the event to confirm that the bus would be coming and the person who answered the phone noted that we called to confirm. The party bus was supposed to arrive at 5:30 PM on a Saturday night. At 4:45 PM, the driver of the bus called us to say that "there was a problem with the bus and they would not be able to show up." 45 minutes before the event - are you kidding me? So then the owner calls us and tells us that the party bus "had a window that was shattered by a 'shot' and that it wasn't safe to drive the bus." And, there was nothing else they could send and too bad for us. No "I'm sorry" and no attempts to make amends for this. When I asked to see the damage sent to me via text, I was told that they weren't going to send it to me. (They later sent a ridiculous image of a home window that didn't even look broken). Clearly they found someone else willing to pay more for the bus than we agreed to. Luckily, we found an ethical limo service which could come at the last minute. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!
