The receptionist who I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I got a detailed email confirmation with all the flight times listed and exactly when the driver would be at my home/airport. On the travel days, I got a text from the driver introducing himself and letting me know the Time he would arrive. Drivers were both exactly on time. We were picked up in a big brand new spacious van with plenty of room for 11people and all our luggage. The driver packed all of the luggage in the van for us. They had a cooler of ice cold waters and sodas for both drop off and pickup. We had two different drivers one to the airport and another from the airport. Both were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, very accommodating, on time, and they were excellent drivers. They both asked if we were comfortable, if the ac was at a good level, what type of music we wanted. They just made us feel so comfortable. Absolutely wonderful experience. I am so happy I found this company because I have used many others in the past and none of them compare to the excellence of Austin. A Formal offered three hours of service (the shortest window I could find) and at a reasonable rate. Tom (the owner/driver) was easy to book with over the phone, quick to respond to emails and provided a smooth ride in a beautiful Lincoln crossover limo. However, his customer service skills left much to be desired. He came across as aggravated the last few times we spoke on the phone and actually had me in tears after one call (the services were already paid for at this point). His attitude during my drop off at the venue was terrible and this was during the point of the day when I was the most nervous. The car doesn't have an interior light or mirror (I guess I was supposed to know this) so if you need to do any makeup touch ups, you have to rely on a bridesmaid to hold her phone flashlight and use your front facing phone camera.

We had rented the town car for 9 people. Prices were competitive and reasonable. Upon arriving at our meeting spot a few parents had already said our driver was waiting asking for me. I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy and provided both my contract and receipts for both transactions. The contract was simple and easy to understand and the driver was excellent. He texted me when the kids arrived at the venue and when they were back for the night safely at after prom. This was huge to me considering the car was full of mostly minors. I was very happy to know all the kids arrived safely. Bonus: because the had a bigger car availabe (a Thursday night) the kids were excited to see the SUV pull up. I believe this seats 16 (sorry if I'm wrong) and the kids were super excited for the "upgrade" and the nicer car and more room. Parents were a bit jealous, too!! At 4:45 PM, the driver of the bus called us to say that "there was a problem with the bus and they would not be able to show up." 45 minutes before the event - are you kidding me? So then the owner calls us and tells us that the party bus "had a window that was shattered by a 'shot' and that it wasn't safe to drive the bus." And, there was nothing else they could send and too bad for us. No "I'm sorry" and no attempts to make amends for this. When I asked to see the damage sent to me via text, I was told that they weren't going to send it to me. (They later sent a ridiculous image of a home window that didn't even look broken). Clearly they found someone else willing to pay more for the bus than we agreed to. Luckily, we found an ethical limo service which could come at the last minute. Our plane was 4 hours late arriving after midnight on Sunday. David was right there in one of their wonderful cars . He was phenomenal and delivered us to the Cape at 2:30a.m. and was charming.
