They hung up the phone because we told them we are shopping around for quotes and if the price includes the mileage / gratuity and also what are the amenities and he got furious and told us he didn't want our service if we already have other quote. This business is one of the least ethical I have ever dealt with. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. We reserved a party bus for my daughter's birthday (we chose it online with the help of the owner) and paid $100 to reserve it well in advance of the actual date. We called three days before the event to confirm that the bus would be coming and the person who answered the phone noted that we called to confirm. The party bus was supposed to arrive at 5:30 PM on a Saturday night. At 4:45 PM, the driver of the bus called us to say that "there was a problem with the bus and they would not be able to show up." 45 minutes before the event - are you kidding me? So then the owner calls us and tells us that the party bus "had a window that was shattered by a 'shot' and that it wasn't safe to drive the bus." And, there was nothing else they could send and too bad for us. No "I'm sorry" and no attempts to make amends for this. When I asked to see the damage sent to me via text, I was told that they weren't going to send it to me. (They later sent a ridiculous image of a home window that didn't even look broken). Clearly they found someone else willing to pay more for the bus than we agreed to. Luckily, we found an ethical limo service which could come at the last minute. By far the most awful limo service establishment I have ever dealt with. We typically book our services with two different competitors for all events & special occasions over the decades, however, both happened to be booked for the night needed. Here we were celebrating a special occasion and our driver, Gill, an incompetent driver was a complete nightmare - he was rude, dismissive, and extremely cranky. We had left dinner, a total of 20. The moment Gill drove off the lot we knew he was going to be a concern. People were physically being jolted from their seats. We kindly asked him to slow down and please step lightly on the break since people were starting to get sick from his consistent stopping short and it was as if he intentionally made it worse. Two individuals were injured, on two separate instances and at that point we had enough. We asked him for a second time to please slow down because someone had banged their arm. Pick up time was at 7pm, services were paid until 2am. We requested to stop at a familiar liquor store of our choice, about 25 mins out from our current location, it was as if we had asked to go to the moon. We settled for a nearby small liquor store since the first one was a dispute. We were trying so relentlessly to not have this man ruin our night. We requested to be driven to our second location, we were dropped off at the main lobby/entrance. About 60 to 90 minutes passed and we requested to be picked up. In the pouring RAIN, Gill had all of us walking, no umbrellas, about 300 ft. to his parked location. It was a NIGHTMARE. His excuse was he was not allowed to pick us up at the main door, however, the main lobby was clearly directed for pick up and drop offs of the major casino. He would not budge. It had been clear he was uncomfortable driving the limo bus. At this point, we had used about 3-4 hours of our paid service. The unbearable driving continued. You could not stand up! You were going to fly to either side of the limo bus. We tried our best to keep our spirits high for the individuals we were celebrating. You can tell how sad they were because everyone on the bus was complaining how sick they felt. Our next stop was Providence to grab something to eat, hoping it would settle everyone's stomach. On the way, there was a request made to use the bathroom. Gill stopped on the highway, in the meantime, one of the females who had previously whined and complained that she was feeling car sick had thrown up in a liquor store case and begged to be dropped off at home. She was so embarrassed. Gill REFUSEDDDDDD to drop anyone off. His first justification was that he was scared to drive at night! SIR, your shift is from 7pm to 2am? In the 15-20 years of using limo services, I have never heard of not being able to use your allotted time as needed. We now recognized we had a new problem. We let him know at that moment we were all being dropped off at 4 separate locations. 20 people- 4 locations should not be an issue. He flat out said NO! He would have to uber! We had 3 hours remaining of paid service. We reiterated we had paid for services until 2am and his response was, it was never mentioned when booked. What was the expectation? To pay for 7 hours of service and having the bus parked? We were shocked! Not to mention, a handful of individuals had already been drinking. He blatantly stated, if we were to be dropped off an additional payment of $400 would be needed. Our mouths dropped. I should have been more diligent and did some research on this company. It is clear based on the previous reviews they are horrendous. I did want to mention the bus was leaking from the ceiling, there were substantial drops of rain falling on us from the inside of the limo. My hopes are that whoever may consider Salon Salon Limousine services have better judgement than we had. It is in fact as bad as they say. They destroyed an enjoyable moment and forced us all to pay for additional transportation (uber) with 3 hours remaining on the clock. read more

Due to the negative views I was hesitant and decided to drive to their location to talk with them, view the vehicles and get a feel for the place. I was glad that I did and I put a deposit down to secure their 12 passenger limo Prom Package (one price-tip included). The woman in the office was knowledgeable and brought me to their parking lot to view their many vehicles. She left which I was glad as I did not want to feel pressured nor rushed. The gentleman who was cleaning the vehicles showed us several that were available for my daughter's prom. My daughter got to pick which one she liked best. As we were walking back to the office we noticed stray cats they feed. How awesome & kind!! The transaction to finalize the rental was smooth. Night of the prom: limo pulls up and it is beautiful inside and out! Austin, the driver, was dressed nice, pleasant, very helpful. Teenagers in limo and off to the local park for more photos (parents followed to park for photos, of course:) Once photos were finished they headed back to the limo. I noticed that Austin had their music on, doors ready, which I thought was great. A fun vibe. He and the limo were ready for them to start their fun, hour drive to their prom. After the prom, I asked my daughter and her friends, about the ride, driver, etc. They all said they had a great time, safe ride and great music! I totally recommend Salon Salon! read more

Currently dealing with multiple complaints including but not limited to sexual harassment, safety issues, dishonesty, disrespect, crudeness. The driver sexually harassed one of the passengers, drove erratically out of anger and almost hit a road sign and drove over a curb sending passengers flying off of the seats onto the floor. The driver charged us $108 in overtime because he took an extremely long route home, one not on the GPS and took the wrong exit. The driver would not give a receipt for the $108 paid in cash until after 6 times of asking, wrote a fake phone number on a lined piece of paper with the wrong date and time. Threatened to hold passengers on bus and call the police until someone handed him the cash $108. The driver wasted 30 minutes of our day arguing with us regarding additional passengers getting on the bus even though we paid for a 30 passenger and only had 26 on board. Phone calls have been made to the company to obtain a refund for the overtime we were charged and we have been referred to their lawyer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY read more

My daughter scheduled a limo for their school prom. I put the deposit on my credit card. My daughter collected all of the money from the 38 kids riding the party bus. She gave me the cash and I was planning on paying for the rest of the cost on my credit card. I did not want my daughter carrying around that much money nor did I feel comfortable paying the company in cash. My daughter had done all the correspondence with the company and at no time did they say they wanted to be paid in cash. When the kids got on the bus the driver asked for the cash and REFUSED to continue on to the pictures unless he got the cash. My daughter called me in a panic and explained what was going on. I had her put the driver on and he was rude and uncooperative. Finally I told him I would meet them at the destination with the cash which is what I did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A total disaster from the beginning. The driver was rude and disrespectful. Had the event booked for 7 hours, and brought the kids home after 6. Told them that the "limo was only booked for 6 hours and your parents did not tip me" which was incorrect and have the contract to verify that the bill was paid and 20% gratuity was also paid. This comes down to a rude driver who made the experience a horror show from the beginning. For parents looking to book for events for children, this is not the company to deal with. Tried getting a refund for the hour lost was like talking to a wall. I attempted to rectify the situation before writing this review, and as you can see it went no where.
