Very knowledgeable and professional. I have total peace of mind after reviewing the inspection with Cody and getting his opinion on areas that needed repair. He also provided same day reports which were very easily accessible online, fully documented and explained. I found the interface easy to use and I liked the feature that allows you to compile a list of repairs you can send to your realtor and builder. All in all, highly recommend.
