I have used all the inspectors multiple times from the SW Washington team and they all have done a wonderful job. I have yet to have a cleint complain about anything being missed! The negative reviews appear to either be for another franchise, out to throw fake shade, or their requests were so far fetched, the inspector couldn't do it within their LEGAL scope of work. I get nothing for leaving this post other then the satisfaction of letting everyone know to trust these guys and to not listen to the wackos leaving the ridiculous reviews :)

This guy didn't check all outdoor light operation. Nothing was on the report regarding the outdoor scones working. I later found out that two of the outdoor lights were not even wired, they were just screwed into the wall. Garage lights were not installed correctly, having visible exposed wires that needed junction boxes. These were only a few items that were missed. Do yourself a favor and find a home inspector who is experienced in construction and is out there to work for you and not the realtor trying to make the sale.
