The negative reviews appear to either be for another franchise, out to throw fake shade, or their requests were so far fetched, the inspector couldn't do it within their LEGAL scope of work. This guy didn't check all outdoor light operation. Nothing was on the report regarding the outdoor scones working. I later found out that two of the outdoor lights were not even wired, they were just screwed into the wall. Garage lights were not installed correctly, having visible exposed wires that needed junction boxes. These were only a few items that were missed. Do yourself a favor and find a home inspector who is experienced in construction and is out there to work for you and not the realtor trying to make the sale.
