It was not easy to do what they did at that particular location. Value: Even though foundation repair/work is a costly service/installation; you certainly get what you pay for with Ram Jack West. I received more value than what I paid. You see, their value started 4 years ago, in 2022. I had them come out, define and price the job and signed a contract and paid 1/2 upfront. Within a couple weeks after signing I became critically ill, in the ICU and Hospital for 2 months. As a result I lost my job among other things and have a permanent disability. I reached out to Ram Jack West and they, very graciously, supported me by refunding my money immediately - especially at my greatest time of need. This is well above and beyond exceptional for a business and that is a huge factor as to why I called them back, in 2026, after I had stabalized, and got some money together. They re-bid the job, I expanded what I wanted to have done and they accomodated my requests. They helped me work out financing and walked me through the processes very thoroughly. The result was a delight from start to finish and all of it ended up being done well ahead of schedule. Truly class act! Thank you so much!
