For starters, This place gave me a gift that keeps on giving, ‍! The rudeness is over the TOP!, it was just the Owner(not Tan) that was rude but now it has bled into the staff. Wowza, last two predicures, the first of the two the tech used to filling drill and hit under toenail OUCH!!!. The second of the last two she raised her voice when i asked if her what seat i should sit in cuz the one she pointed at looked used, i would of walked out then but i was going on vacation the next day soooo i put up with the lecture... well she then gave me a pedicure from hell, clipping/pulling at my cuticles, cold water, minimal lotion for massage, dry skin massage feel so good‍ Bending my foot back for her comfort after i told her my foot does not bend back that far. I was so close to loosing my. it was so bad i left thinking maybe Linda wants to get let go so she could go to another job or the owner has been so bad to her she is taking it out on her clients. I will find another place to get my pedicures done, but first i need to treat my toenail to get rid of the gift i got there. Cut my toe Today I decided to treat myself to a pedicure at Vessel Day Spa. I have been here several times with my father. I booked an appointment today because I have an event to attend this weekend. Needless to say will not be returning, the service provider cut my toe with a tool and it was bleeding, she put a blue liquid that stung, I'm assuming it was some sort of disinfectant and did not bring it to my attention. I thought at first she might have filed my nail too short but after my service I looked at my toe and realized a big chunk was cut into it. After paying full price plus tip I brought it to the owner's attention and she wanted to apply nail glue and alcohol. She did not mention a refund of any kind. I myself am I service provider and I do not write reviews especially negative ones. Due to the lack of care I do not recommend this spa/salon. read more

Everything! One of the owners gave me an excellent pedicure. He noted that some of my nails were too thick. He carefully smoothed then and cut them short, as I had requested. He's been in this business for a very long time with his wife and takes care to tidy things up, and do a very professional job! I used to go to him years ago. He has always worked hard and cared about each client. Today, I noted that they had redone the inside, and it's light and airing with lots of air circulation. You're always careful about that anyway. My mom and I visited the salon today, I had a regular manicure, my mom a gel manicure. I loved that each service was clearly noted, along with the prices. We made appointments and were greeted as soon as we entered the salon. Very clean, calm environment, spacious too, I haven't had a manicure in many years, but my mother has them regularly. Shocked by the number of negative reviews about this nail salon. I got a pedicure here and it was fine. The older gentleman who did my nails was a bit resistant to wearing gloves. I had to request him to put on gloves twice. When he was done with everything except the polish, he took his gloves off. I guess he doesn't like wearing them. Very disappointed in my nails. I've had my set for two days and one of my nails bubbled up and split open, acouple other nails have bumps and are uneven and bubbles on them. The lady doing my nails kept stopping to help other people and seemed like she was rushing through my nails, I was not happy with the shape of my nails and the reference picture I showed her is completely different from what I got. One of the worst nail salon experiences. I arrived at 2p. I was sat with Danielle and requested a full French set with the flower design. Daniella immediately stated that she was unable to do the floral design but would be able to create the French tips. After "completing" my right hand with what she considers to be French, I informed that the French she had done was not what I requested. She then gave me attitude and was trying to convince me that it WAS French. I then showed her the photo of the French design that I wanted... she began to argue with me and mummer under her breath. I don't take kindly to rude behavior and paying for a service that I didn't request- I politely asked her to take off my entire set. She then stated that I would need to pay for the set and for her to remove them. I was baffled that she would even have the audacity. After getting off the phone with my boyfriend because of how upset I was- I asked her to redo the French the correct way. Well, I don't know what I was expecting but I was left with something halfway decent. I ended up leaving at 5p. I should have left there feeling good. Not my experience. A waste of time. If I could give I zero, they don't care about your time. Bad nails, wasn't relaxing, terrible nails and took forever!!!! I made an appointment for 2pm for a manicure and pedicure. It took them 1 hour and 45 mins to complete a poor gel pedicure so I wasn't able to get my manicure done. They mixed the scrub and mask together, left me sitting for 40 mins, shaped my nails terribly and the gel polish has multiple large black dots. The main lady with short hair is MEAN AND RUDE, bosses everyone around and had them bounce between clients (a total of three people helped me during my pedicure). I wasn't the only one who was waiting around, they should never pause in the middle of a clients service. read more

In the beginning, I really enjoyed going there but as i kept going they would alter who did my pedicure and gel manicure after I called and specifically made an appointment with certain people. What does it matter you ask. They have workers who are floaters. They come and go. Not the same quality of service. To make matters the owner Danielle is rude to her staff and customers. I don't want someone to interpret my needs. I would like them to understand what I'm saying and follow direction. In addition, I don't understand why they speak Vietnamese when they know English. It's a real bummer because I really liked two of the ladies that work there and their work but, I wont go back. Yells at all of her employees in front of customers and my last visit was extremely uncomfortable. People are always nice but prices are up and quality is down! Deluxe pedi is now $40 and they no longer use the hot rocks. New nail polish line they are using is CHEAP! It looks like they are phasing out the OPI polish with the silver lid, which is the longest lasting polish I have ever used, and now have some crappy brand that rubbed off the first time I put on sock and shoes. BEWARE! This place is a complete rip off! Came to get a gel fill and their menu price specifically says $25 (new set or fill) but was charged $45 dollars in the end for short nails. I understand length sometimes ups the price but really, a whole $20 price hike is insane! Nail techs should really let customers know about additional charges OR update your price list if that's the case! This is false advertisement and no way to even gain customers. Also the lady (looked like the owner) that was working on me was really rude, bossy, pushy and just unprofessional. This is been my go-to salon for manicures and pedicures for several years. It's certainly has its ups and downs, but seems to be fairly decent overall. Although, I was very disappointed to find that Hugh was no longer working there the last time I was in. She was my favorite manicurist by far. Pedicures are usually great, although there is one guy who's way too rough. I think the thing that keeps me coming back are the fact that the prices are still some of the most reasonable around, even though they have gone up a little bit (just like everything else has right at the moment). read more

Well, there's good and bad days for every business. This review is based on today's experience trying to get in to see my favorite lady Hue. I called at 10:30ish and was told by Daniel that Hue could see me at 12:00 for a gel manicure. I show up exactly at 12:00 PM and guess what? She was double booked! I was asked to come back at 12:30... I agreed. I ran an errand and was unable to return at exactly 12:30 but showed up at 12:40 and was told by Daniel to return at 1:30pm. I don't live in town and was unable to stay that long so I rescheduled for Wednesday at 3:30.... at least I think I did. We will see what happens on Wednesday. By the way, there was no apology for the inconvinience of double booking my first appointment at 12:30 by Daniel. Dissapointing business experience to say the least. read more
