She sent dismissive emails, applied policies arbitrarily, and when I asked to escalate, told me the owner doesn't allow their contact info to be shared. Add in their broken waitlist system, unfair fees, and the clear difference in how minorities are treated compared to white members, and it's obvious this studio has no respect for its clients.

There are plenty of machines and, based on all the times that I have been there, plenty of space to get through what I need to do. I go between 3 and 5 days a week so I use both machines and weights. It does get crowded between 5 and 7 but that is to be expected. I saw a couple of other reviews that are totally out of line. Last I checked a steel 25lb weight weighs as much as a pretty pink 25lb weight. This is not a prison style gym. Maybe a bit of industrial looking on the ceiling but who cares. Crunch is a nice gym for working out and getting in shape. Both men and women work side by side and there are no intimidating "Muscle Heads" The trainers know what they are doing and offer pointers even if you are not working with them at the time. My daughters have been members here also and have always been happy and comfortable. Finally, the staff and the other members are friendly, creating a good atmosphere in which to work out. When I told her the in a previous occasion I was told I only needed to show the id when signing a new guest she said I was wrong. The instructor Kim was thoughtful, checked in with me after all the exercises that could've been challenging post-recovery, and she was also hilarious! She gives out a free pair of grip socks during classes, hiding them in the boxes used during some workouts, and she worked the class hard, correcting posture and keeping us motivated! I really enjoyed the class and was pleasantly surprised with the studio's menu of classes. There's a small room in the back for private pilates classes and a nice selection of class options from aerial yoga to jumpboard! Kim also talked about themed classes around various holidays of the year which sound really fun! Cant wait to come back here!
