The staff is great and patient with customers and give you clear instructions on what you should be expecting from the healing process for the services they offer. I went for my initial consultation at Vibrant with Heidi for lamprobe to remove skin tags in my…read moreneck area. I've always been a bit self-conscious about it, and have been wanting to get this procedure done for a while. Heidi was super sweet and very informative and knowledgeable during the consultation and day of procedure, and it made the whole process much more comfortable. The lamprobe procedure consisted of little zaps against the skin tags. I would say the level of pain is tolerable, maybe just slightly uncomfortable. However, it all goes by really quickly. After the procedure, my neck was red and then the skin tags t urned a dark brown/black color, scabbed up, and then it all came off within 1.5-2 weeks. I couldn't be happier with the results! The before and after pic speak for itself!! The entire staff is awesome here, and I've opted to do monthly facials with Yvonne. So far every interaction I've had with the different staff members have been pleasant. I would highly recommend coming here!!
