I once had a house cleaner show up, hoping for a nice, once a year, thorough cleaning. She cleaned with one hand, while talking on her phone with the other. Why am I telling you this? Maybe just to illustrate that the old axiom "It's tough to find good help these days," is alive and well on the Space Coast. Or maybe I just want to draw a contrast between crappy service and the incredible 5-star service I've been getting from Space Coast Pools. I think this guy deserves at least 3 stars just for showing up when he says he will and for being communicative beyond what I expected. He earned the other 2 after the fact. I first called Space Coast Pools, and several other Pool Maintenance companies, all of whom I had to leave messages for. (Understood in that I called during the day, when I'm sure they were busy working.) Brandon called me back within an hour. Only one other company even called me back at all and that was several days later. When I ended my call with Space Coast Pools, Brandon thanked me for "the opportunity to 'earn' his business." I think my heart skipped a beat. On our initial meeting my pool looked like a FROG SWAMP. It would not have surprised to see an alligator. Brandon didn't hesitate. He added some things to my pool (without any kind of agreement or contract), gave me a good quote for service and promised to be back Tuesday (it was Saturday) to inspect his work and continue service. Again he thanked me for "the opportunity to 'earn' his business." The very next day our pool was gorgeous. Since then, the pool has never been less than crystal clear and inviting. Plus Brandon remains punctual, polite, and communicative beyond expectation. The only reason I would ever stop using Space Coast Pools is if I die or move to a house without a pool. Even then I might call them!

When we moved to the area we signed up with aqua rite to come once a week to clean our pool... initially everything was fine we had a great guy coming to clean the pool and then he was promoted and from then on out they kept changing our pool person and each one was just as lazy as the next ... but that's not the worst of it... the manager BJ never did his job never followed up with us on our request to look at the pool pump since it was having issues... I called the office and was told ohh we will be there by Friday.. Friday comes and goes and now it's been 3 weeks and 3 phone calls to BJ and still no one showed up and no return calls from BJ... we cancelled them and found a better pool company who actually does what we pay them for. My point being is .. if u want to get continuously blown off by them and the manager BJ and piss money away go right ahead and hire them but if you want actual work and good work at that we highly recommend looking elsewhere or you're money and time will be wasted.

He said yes, but couldnt tell me what one would fit it. I agreed then asked if he could bring a couple out and let me (since he was obviously very busy being as there were three staff there and me being the only customer). He said there was no way of telling; and didnt want me to even try to test fit onto their parts. No, mine wasnt dirty or anything he just didnt want to be bothered to check. Took it home, went on the ChatAI program and it identified the correct part from a photo and ordered it to come in tomorrow for six bucks. While i prefer to shop locally and would have gladly given them 20 bucks for.the part, never going back.even to buy chlorine. Customer.service at THIS branch sucks. (No issues with other branches)

They were checking boxes on this receipt but didn't complete it and were at my house for less than 5 minutes at a time and didn't communicate at all or provide customer service so things fell into disrepair. THIS is what my pool looked like IMMEDIATELY AFTER his scheduled service; he accepted this quality of work week over week. Would you pay for this service? We don't anymore. And it took a few sessions with a decent pool professional to re-regulate our pool. There is NO WAY my pool could look like this or test normal after adding the chemicals they say they did.
