They not only estimated an unrealistic time schedule and promised my pool would be recovered within 12 days, but then kept making excuses on why they couldn't start the recovery. They sent their kids out to look at the pool and talk on their cell phones, dump some chlorine and charge me for each visit with no vacuuming of debris. I tried to contact the person in charge of the clean up several times and kept getting the run around. No communication on the treatment and clean up plan or the actual schedule of visits. When I called the office to talk to the manager, I got the same shell game treatment. The day I was going to call and fire them, the manager called to tell me they could not finish the job. She said the owner thought it was a good idea for me to find another company. The owner didn't even have the courage to call me himself. Stay away from 365 Pool Service; they are scammers!

The exceptional attention to detail from his entire crew earned our business to complete most of the remaining portions of the project. Jack educated us on the correct equipment needed to give us the most out of what we needed to run all of our water features. Jacks team also installed the tile for our pool and was patient with us as we took time to choose the perfect tile for our dream pool. Regarding the plaster, G&J took the time to show us many options, as well as take us to some current projects to see in person. If I could choose no stars, I would. From the very beginning Sutton Pools service team has been argumentative, dismissive, and non reliable. We began with purchasing a heater/chiller that was meant to use remotely for our guests who stay at our beach home. The tech Eric, was very dismissive, who would rather text than pick up the phone and have a conversation. Janice Sutton, who generally responds to email requests and always with a short argumentative reply couldn't be less helpful. Our pool company who services the account noticed the motor recently purchased and installed less than a year ago by Sutton Pools was making a loud noise, so he sent video which I forwarded to Sutton Pools. The motor is under warranty but Sutton refuses to honor that warranty claiming the pool company was to blame for not notifying them sooner. Furthermore, the heater/chiller we installed less than 6 months ago is also leaking. Now Sutton Pools recommendation is for us to pay for a new motor and find a new company to handle the service requests. We would NEVER recommend Sutton to anyone.

The true test is when we return a few times a year the pool should be clean, not perfect but basically clean. The pool was dirty upon our return to FL, not horrible but dirty like it hadn't been touched in a week or two and you can tell there are no chemicals in the water. We were here at home for a week upon our return and nobody came to clean the pool so finally the wife called and complained about this and the "owners" response was maybe you should find another pool company. Well it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know you should never talk to your customer that way. So they were promptly fired. I can get any pool company to come out and spend 10min or less on the pool but apparently this was even too much. Now when I test all the chemicals I can bet $ that there are none in the pool, a waste of my time and $. Next! Updated... I went through the pool and cleaned it all up and of the six or so chemical tests they all failed there wasn't one category of chemical that didn't fail except PH was reasonable by luck but this pool hardly ever has PH issues.
