I contracted the above referenced pool company to repair my cracked tile and plaster on my pool…read more The price from this mom and pop shop was competitive with other pool companies. But the selling point was what they based their success on and that was service. The service was awful, apparently they mostly clean pools. The knowledge of pool construction was very limited to say the least. Here are a few of the things that I experienced. First of all the pool plaster was delivered when the contractor was not there to receive it. The delivery company buried their forklift in my neighbors perfect lawn. The pool company put down a bag of dirt and 8 pieces of sod to repair the damage. My neighbor was very upset at the result due to the lack of material and effort. I had to get my boyfriend to repair the damage with 25 bags of topsoil and a half a pallet of sod. Because the pool company does not know construction, they failed to cover my beautiful deck around the pool before their subcontractor plastered and tiled the pool. The owner then decided she could clean the deck with a pressure washer to remove the debris that were left from not covering it. Again not have pressure washing knowledge she blew the paint off of the deck in several places. I had leftover paint from the deck from before. The owner requested the paint and began spot treating the entire deck. After she was finished it looked like a giraffe pattern. It looked awful, so I told her I would buy new paint for the entire deck to help her out with this issue. Her response was "I m not a painter"! and refused to fix it. I had bought a battery operated pool cleaner for when my pool was complete. I went out of town for a week and the owner took it on herself to use my new pool vacuum to help her clean the pool. The owner broke a wheel off of the cleaner and quit returning texts and calls when she claimed she would fix it. The pool area was nasty because the pool company did not clean up after the subs and the flower bed were full of cigarette butts. I am so disappointed and I hope this is helpful, I would hate for this to happen to anyone else.

It started out good like the rest then they seemed to get lazy like the rest. Hey they are gone for…read moremonths so we don't really need to do any work but just get paid it seems. The true test is when we return a few times a year the pool should be clean, not perfect but basically clean. The pool was dirty upon our return to FL, not horrible but dirty like it hadn't been touched in a week or two and you can tell there are no chemicals in the water. We were here at home for a week upon our return and nobody came to clean the pool so finally the wife called and complained about this and the "owners" response was maybe you should find another pool company. Well it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know you should never talk to your customer that way. So they were promptly fired. I can get any pool company to come out and spend 10min or less on the pool but apparently this was even too much. Now when I test all the chemicals I can bet $ that there are none in the pool, a waste of my time and $. Next! Updated... I went through the pool and cleaned it all up and of the six or so chemical tests they all failed there wasn't one category of chemical that didn't fail except PH was reasonable by luck but this pool hardly ever has PH issues.

Travis is very responsive, professional to deal with; a small business man that will earn your business and piece of mind re: your pool. Highly recommend!
