Thank you Marcelo for treating me and my kids as if we were family. As a matter of fact that's exactly what you become once you bring your car to Vernon Tire and Auto Spa, Family. I appreciate honesty especially when it comes to vehicle maintenance. Sure you can shop around for "deals" but do you really want to risk it, NOT ME! I will never bring my car anywhere else, I had questions Marcelo's answer was always come on by and we will take a look and put my worries at ease. Thank you so much you truly are the best Auto Spa around! -Holli, Rileigh and Ellis read more

There is nothing bad to say about this place! I drive an hour just to get my car done here!! I was tired of going to the dealership and being told I need a list of things done so I came to Vernon Tire & Auto Spa. This is the best place to go to if you want an honest opinion on what you actually need done besides the quality work they do! The service Marcelo gives is the more than anyone can ask for and it is greatly appreciated! I will only come here to get anything done for my car! read more

A picture says a thousand words and I wish I had before pictures of what my car looked like to compare how it came out. I haven't had my car washed in months because I was tired of paying for a service where my car would come out as dirty as it went in. I've been dying for this place to open because by marketing alone I could tell there was pride in detail. And detail there is! I went on a Monday morning and 15 minutes later my car looked like it had been detailed inside out. Honestly the only spot they missed was my rear view mirror, and I wasn't even mad about it. Towels. Clean towels make a WORLD of difference and you could tell this car wash uses clean towels. There were no streaks in view, and that's been one of my pain points with car washes. But not here! My windshield was crystal clear. They cleaned out my cup holders and door handles and left nothing behind. I'm considering a membership. I'm so grateful to have this service in town. The owner was so friendly and you can tell he takes pride in his staff. It shows in their work ethic and service delivery. I'll definitely be back! read more

Let me start off by saying that if you need a great mechanic and you're tired of getting the run around from all these other mechanics, look no further then Marcelo and the crew at Vernon Tire and Auto Spa. I recently bought myself what seems to be a lemon and Marcelo has been nothing but helpful, meticulous, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I know when I call here that my car and issues are going to be taken care of promptly and fixed with standards that are above and beyond any shop I've seen before. I will recommend this shop to anyone and if you're even further out than the Vernon and surrounding areas, Marcelo and Vernon Tire and Auto Spa is definitely worth bringing your car here as they have been super great to me, I don't believe your experience would differ from mine at all. I appreciate all you have done for me and will continue to be a lifelong customer! read more

I had a great experience at Vernon Tire & Auto Spa. Not only did they provide accurate, polite, affordable service, they even gave me a ride home while my car was being serviced, then picked me up when it was ready. In addition, Vernon Tire & Auto Spa called the manufacturer of my vehicle to see if the repair was under recall and covered by the dealership. This level of service is top-notch! I'll be recommending them to friends and neighbors. Great service, all around. read more

I am new to the area and always take my leases to the dealership. I was driving by and saw this place was under new ownership so I decided to pull in and get my much needed oil change. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I was in and out very quickly. Despite not having the oil for my car they made 1 phone call and it was there within minutes. 10/10 Highly recommend. read more

Terry (owner) is knowledgeable, honest and fair. A really nice guy, trustworthy. Diagnosed the problem, did some of the work, but actually sent us back to the dealer for work that was still under warranty and we didn't realize it! read more

Thief. Charged me $70 to change a headlight bulb claiming 1/2 hour labor, which was 1/2 hour waiting for the delivery of the bulb even though I scheduled in advance. Just had same service done on other headlight elsewhere for $30. Shame you can't trust a local business. read more

Worked with Terry who may be the owner on a recent bad water pump that went out on my car. Overall I was impressed with how he handled the entire process.I explained what occurred over the phone. No up selling or scare tactics on the call.. He provided me with a very accurate quote over the phone. Lower than a few other locations that I called in the area.. Suggested I should get the timing belt taken care of in the process as it occurs during the water pump process. Terry did ask when the last time I had it done. He did not tell me to get it done. Guys at my work who know a few things about cars informed that I should get it done in the process too. I got that taken care of at a very minimal extra cost. Car was towed and dropped off during the afternoon and completed the next day. Terry personally called me 2X with updates regarding what was going on with repairs. When I dropped my car off for the repair, I was going to walk 3-4 miles home as my wife was still at work, Terry informed he would take me home. True customer service. I did not even ask him for a ride. I think he saw I was getting ready to walk etc. I am not really a car person, but know the basics. I have felt that I got ripped off at other locations in the past or been told something else was wrong with car when in fact that repair did not need to occur. I rarely give feedback on yelp, but my experience was positive, read more
