It's been far too long since I'd been into an Ulta. I I remember when this location opened, but I…read moresomehow forgot it was there until recently. They're across from Bliss Bee and Starbucks and a block over from Chase bank, so you can take care of numerous needs easily. Not only do they have a fantastic array of skin and hair products, but they also offer hair, skin and brow services. My brows needed a threading in a bad way, and was so happy that Hannah does threading as well as waxing. Store is bright and colorful. Hannah is the brows expert. I made an appt the week before (appts are highly recommend, as she books up quickly). After warm greeting, she first treats you with under eye patches to rejuvenate the area and reduce puffiness. She then outlines your brow to ensure it's the right shape. She works methodically and fairly gently. She then uses scissors to trim any wayward hairs . Looking at the final results in her mirror, I was thrilled with the results. I highly recommend this store for the friendly staff, great customer service and array of services and products.

Over time it has become obvious that she has somehow put a block on my account. This week I went to the store 4 times to return a few items and got different reasons why it didn't go through. On one occasion they said the tax on a $100 item was non-refundable, which is a violation of state and federal tax law. On a different visit I was told I had to bring in a copy of the original purchase email from when I placed the order. That didn't work either. The last time I was told I had to return the items via USPS. I was forced to do this on another occasion months ago and the packages were lost. I was out $240 that time and corporate did nothing about it. I believe the shipping labels were purposely cancelled so when they were accepted by the carrier there was no tracking info, and they never reached their destination. The manager gets away with how she treats me and encourages others to treat me in the same manner. She makes them fight her battles while she remains behind the scenes. It creates a toxic atmosphere for everyone. Any one of them could do a better job than her. She should have been fired a long time ago.

The size that was ordered for me was the 8oz. The 8oz, online for Khols-Sephora, Sephora, and youthtothepeople.com said that it came with a pump. However, when I opened the box, it did not come with a pump, which is what prompted my visit to your location. All I wanted was an exchange (I had the order number and email used for initial purchase) but the associate said that it wasn't possible as it doesn't come with a pump. She even went as far as telling me I was wrong and that the product was a refill, which it clearly wasn't, as the box was labeled. The instructions on the box even state to use one-two pumps. This is my first time with this cleanser, so l did some research and made sure it came with a pump. I called Youth To the People and asked if the 8oz comes with a pump. They informed me it does, and even apologized for the incomplete parcel on Sephoras side. The associate at Kohls-Sephora was very short with me, combating me about the return, and wasn't listening to me at all. Eventually she processed a return, even though I had asked for an exchange. I left there empty handed, now unable to use the gift that was purchased for me.

She was told they would start up in their Shelburne location but not that summer (2925). This summer they have completely discontinued that service but will not answer her calls, emails and hung up on me when I tried to talk with someone. She even went into the Burlington spa and was completely dismissed. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office as they have not given her a reimbursement which should amount to around $500. I would stay away from this business as they are theives.

After many visits to Mirror Mirror- I'm finally just over it…read more This company is a total disaster. My brother generously sent me a $350 gift card for Christmas, but because he left out my middle initial in the email address, it never arrived. When he reached out to resolve it, their response was basically, 'Too bad, we can't reissue the card.' He wasn't even asking for a reissue--just confirmation it hadn't been redeemed and to send it to the correct email. Instead, they gave him the runaround, claiming they needed to involve some mythical 'IT guy' who clearly never showed up. Multiple emails later? Silence. We finally canceled the charge. Similarly ... about 2 months ago, I stopped by to buy mascara and asked about a concealer. The associate didn't bother asking what I was looking for--just grabbed the first one she saw and tossed it on the counter and began ringing me up. When I asked about the color, she looked at me like I was the worst kind of audacious and wasting her time... she handed me off to someone else who didn't yet have knowledge of the product they had for concealer. Then there was last year, when they snuck (and obviously charged me for) a $40 bronzer case into my purchase without informing me of the item. Then - I went for a facial where they upsold me with a "dermaplane" feature which in the end was not done with a professional tool but a plastic razor you can get at a drug store. Finally, I once got my brows laminated there and it just didn't work- like at all... and they responded with "oh yeah this service doesn't work on thicker eyebrows sometimes" end of story.... Like I'm sorry then why didn't you say that to start?? I've heard many accounts of similar experiences but I'll leave my review to reflect my experiences as the ones I've heard are already outlined in other reviews. Unapologetically dishonest is the vibe I've gotten and I just think that sucks.
