She gave me attitude when I told her I had never dyed my hair before and told my friend that she can't dye her hair because it would "melt off and f-up her hair". This worker also told us that purple shampoo "won't do Sh*** for your hair". She ridiculed everything my friend asked about and had a snotty attitude towards us the entire time. We ended up walking out and went else where for our hair dye and got much more help.
