When I called the store to report the issue, instead of receiving an apology, I was met with a defensive explanation about how things were scanned and that's what they rely on. It seems reading is out of style these days. They made no effort to help me. They just said, "Well, bring it back to the store and we'll figure it out." So much for customer service. I guess they think they can charge high prices for their products and treat people this way, expecting we'll keep coming back? I don't think so. They better do something to make up for this hassle. She gave me attitude when I told her I had never dyed my hair before and told my friend that she can't dye her hair because it would "melt off and f-up her hair". This worker also told us that purple shampoo "won't do Sh*** for your hair". She ridiculed everything my friend asked about and had a snotty attitude towards us the entire time. We ended up walking out and went else where for our hair dye and got much more help.
