It was a nice salon setting. Not as crowded. Prices should be updated for 55$ basic pedicure with regular polish and 45$ for gel manicure which is steeper than salons that additionally cut cuticles. It was just alright in comparison. read more

so I'm not one to usually you leave a review but in this case I'm kind of tired of not leaving reviews. I booked an appointment for 930 to have my nails filled I also checked off that I wanted to have my cuticles done have a couple of designs on two of my nails. The gentleman who worked on my nails didn't seem like he really wanted to do them he cut one of my cuticles three times while filing my nails and another one once. He didn't seem like he was in a great mood. I was there for an hour and a half. My cuticles never got done, and I didn't mention it only because I felt like I was the customer who just walked in off the street and didn't really have an appointment. to top it all off my nails look like crap and I'm gonna have to redo them myself after paying $80 for a subpar quality. guess it's time to find another nail salon or just suck it up and do it myself from now on. read more

I absolutely love this place. Called on a Saturday morning and they got me and my 2 daughters in that same afternoon. Christiana and Paul took such good care of us we can't wait to go back. Best manicure/pedicure I've ever had- and I'm very picky! I've been in the hair industry for almost 20 years. Sanitary place, relaxing environment. 10/10 recommend. read more

Kathy has been doing my nails for almost a decade and she is an amazing artist. I get so many compliments. I love the dip powder, it lasts over three weeks and makes it so my natural nails don't break, this length is mine! read more

I love the woman that runs this place she is so creative and is always up for a challenge if you have a different idea or look in mind

I'm very happy with the acrylic refill and manicure I had done yesterday. The color selection is vast and the pricing of the service was fair. During the refill I asked that the ends be shortened and this was done perfectly with excellent reshaping of the ballerina tips. read more

My nails popped off after a week. The owners said I took them off. They wouldn't fix the problem. Said after I leave there building it's my job to take care of the nails. They also told me I wasn't welcome back in the salon. I think it is unfair, not professional at all. I spent 100 on my nails alone. I also spent 100 on my sister's nails and he's where damaged and popping off after a week as well. read more

Ive been there for 5 years and they always provide great service and are up to date with all the new nail procedures and the place is spotless. I especially like that its a family based business the husband, wife, brother in law and kids are all nice. read more

Would give this place a zero if possible. Came here for a pedicure that took less than 15 minutes to complete, and it shows. Very rushed, and pedicurist inattentive. Color job was no good as well as they have two teenagers that work here who carelessly apply the polish. Doubt they have proper licenses as nail technicians. Came to get a pedicure to relax and left more angry at the disappointing service. Will not be coming back. read more

Artistry in Manicures! Gorgeous Gel French pink & whites are my favorite! They also do gel French Pedicures! Mine both last for a month! Kathy listens to exactly what you want & then does it PERFECTLY! (As the name of her Salon implies.) I've tried many different places & Kathy at Perfect Nails is my Perfect Solution! read more

Great service!! They were super accommodating, and even fit me in last minute. Got fed up with nails breaking when I got them done somewhere else in town, so last minute I called Perfect Nails and they were great! Not the best nail place I've been to but the best in west leb! Doesn't look like you'll get good service when you walk in but just trust the process! read more

My first time I have ever gone to Perfect Nails and I had a great experience! I had two very nice ladies who did them (Kathy and a younger girl), they were so gentle and knew what they were doing. I will definitely be back. They had great customer service & treated me greatly. I will be back soon! read more

Best salon I've gone to. They do great job, always leaving me speechless! Every time I'm stuck staring at my nails! 10/10 recommend !

Have been going to Cathy for awhile and am so tired of making an appointment, getting there a few minutes early and then waiting sometimes up to half an hour because they take ANY walk-ins, no matter what. So if they are doing the walk-ins, you have to wait. After it happening again this week and I almost being late to work, I am finding another salon. You just lost a good, steady customer who always pays in cash so you can save money....Your loss. read more

the most expensive pedicure i've ever gotten, and there was nothing special about it. will not return :/

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because of the husband. I call ahead every time and specifically ask for Cathy, as I have been here enough to know how terrible my nails turn out when her husband does them. When I go in, usually her husband is the one to file off the gel polish on my gel nails, and every single time he knocks my skin or burns me with the file going too fast over the same spot. I try to be empathetic to the fact that now everyone knows how terrible he is at nails and they always ask for her, so I allow him to take my polish off despite the painful knicks I get. When he tries to fill my nails I have to tell him "no, I will wait for her" even though I specifically made the appointment with her. So the very last time I went in she said he was going to paint my nails. I hated them! They were streaky and patchy. I told her as much and although she fixes them, it was a total waste of time to have him do anything in the first place. I love her and her work is amazing, the worst thing about this salon is how the husband is forced on us when we specifically say we do not want his services. If I never have him work in my nails again it will be too soon read more

I was very hesitant to make an appointment at this salon because of the other two reviews here. However, every client I come into contact with at work that has beautiful nails hands me a card for Perfect Nails. Last month, I bit the bullet and headed over on my day off. I got a full set of UV gel nails. To start, this was the fastest I've ever had a new set of gel nails applied. I was in and out in an hour. The man and woman working at the time were very pleasant. The woman did my nails and applied a french tip and design to each nail by hand, which came out wonderfully. Every other place I've gone to has either used airbrush to get the tip this perfect or did a sloppy job by hand. I enjoyed my first experience so much that I went back with my mother for pedicures and an eyebrow wax. The pedicure chairs are extremely comfortable and clean. My mom received a gel manicure (the soak-off kind) with a natural rounded french tip. They looked immaculate. My eyebrows were done very well and I couldn't be happier. Even with all of these services, we were still out in about an hour, without feeling rushed whatsoever. To summarize, if you're thinking of skipping this place due to the other negative reviews, I urge you to give it a try. The prices are moderate and the service and quality is excellent. I will absolutely return regularly. Actually, I already have my next appointment booked! read more

I just want to start by saying thank you to Kathy and Alex..... They always do a great job! I have never had a problem..... The fact that people don't speak up at time of service and then complain and want their money back is completely bogus...... They are more than happy to fix something if it's not right.... I really do recommend them! I have been going there for years! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you again!!! read more

I really liked this place a lot, the polish was great and my nails came out beautiful. I'd like to say that the lady was working alone which I found strange since I heard of this, "man." When I asked, I found out that the "man" was her husband, and he was gone on a business trip or something of the sort. I couldn't believe that he'd leave her! But then she told me that she was going to join him with her daughter during the Vacation because she didn't want her daughter to miss too much school, which I found completely reasonable if the business trip was needed and the father had to go first. I've set up another appointment for the week after when the husband gets back. I really want to see just how "bad" this "man" is. read more

Well, I arrived to town one day before attending a wedding nearby. This place was nearest to my hotel, Fireside Inn & Suites, so I tried them out. I asked for a regular mani pedi. A man did both. I found it odd that he didn't trim my cuticles on feet or hands (he said that's not allowed and makes it grow back thick, and he would have failed nail school). He didn't use the razor or cheese grater looking thing on heels, either. He said mine were fine and didn't need it. Once I saw the toenail polish, I told him 5 times I didn't like it - too peach looking and I wanted the light pink I chose. He ignored me. Finally a woman came over and painted OVER the peach color with the light pink - two coats worth. Why on earth didn't they have the common sense to just remove it and start over? Doesn't take that long to paint nails. They rushed through everything. They painted OVER most cuticles so I scraped that part off when I left. They said it was $45 for both, which is high considering non-gel and non-French. Yet I guess it's my own fault I didn't ask the price when I entered the salon. Employees seemed really nice. I should have walked out once I spotted the dirty fish tank in the middle of the salon, though. read more

By far the worst place I have ever had a $30 pedicure done, and needless to say I will not be back. It was extremely rushed (a total of 25 minutes INCLUDING the polish and top coat). When I asked about why my cuticles and nails weren't cleaned/trimmed well, the gentleman replied that they were "already clean". This is not the case, as I will now need to go home and do my own pedicure. The polish job is also very poorly done, as the photos show. Extremely disappointing experience! read more

I went to Perfect Nails for the first time, and I didn't really know what to expect as I don't get my nails done often. The space was clean, organized and the staff was mostly friendly. I was pleased by the wide array of nail polish colors to choose from, and my manicure was overall good. I'm mostly pleased with the results however I felt as if the manicurist rushed through the process, leaving some of the edges of my nails un-painted. Very minor edges, but I think if they had slowed down a bit, it would have been better. Also, I feel as if some of the equipment used was not very clean and had been used on other people. To top things off, my manicurist was talking on his cell phone for a while, while he was doing my nails, which seemed a bit rude to me. But overall a decent manicure for $30 dollars with a cute design bumping the price up to $33. read more

My first experience with Perfect Nails was not a pleasant one. I had one employee start my nails, get up in the middle without a word and go sit in front of the television. I was left sitting there for 15 minutes before a different employee wordlessly came to sit down and finish them. ( I was one of only TWO customers in the shop at the time.) However, out of necessity, I went back a second time when I could not get an appointment at my regular shop. This time, I had my nails done by Kathy (Cathy?) who was very pleasant, attentive and thorough. I LOVED my nails after. I continued making appointments by requesting her specifically each time, and I have never been disappointed. She is always accomodating, consistent and fast. Also, I appreciate that the atmosphere is visually pleasant and clean. I have never been left waiting or double booked like I have at other places. My only caveat is their small selection of polishes. If you have something very specific in mind, consider bringing your own colors. If you go in, ask for Kathy! :) read more

Multiple different people contributed to the terrible job that I received at this salon. I had my acrylic nails filled and they were unevenly shaped and thin. The base coat was ancient and sticky and my nails did not dry. The technician did not once speak directly to me but chatted with his coworkers in Vietnamese while running in and out of a back room. He also used the exact file he had just used on my acrylic nails on his own hands (which were stained with mustard as was his shirt.) It was a very uncomfortable situation with poor results, I would not recommend this establishment. read more

I try to be fair to all places I visit especially for the first time because I understand life happens and people have bad days. That said, this may be the worst nail salon I've been to. Firstly, there were only 2 techs. Even though I have my opinions on why I think I received such horrible rush job, those would be just that; my opinions. The facts are that my feet are still rough mainly because it seemed like my nail technician didn't want to touch my feet in the first place. Secondly, I chose a color that I wanted in Shellac, (they didn't have it) Then,I picked a shellac color (chrome) and they didn't have it. Then I picked a pink (they didn't have it) so I under up with purple. She was rushing so much that she didn't pay attention to the fact that when she was trying to put my toes in the gel lamp, she was pushing my pinky toe underneath of it which hurt. The end result is an absolutely horrible and obviously rushed job. I'm new to the area and I will take some responsibility because I am accustomed to a certain level of professionalism and care in addition to fresh clean tools for each client. Long story short, if this was the only shop in Lebanon I'd go to Concord. read more

I went in to have my nails done very excited. But left in disappoint. The guy working nicked me three times. Every time I pulled away he pulled my hand back. The nail polish was all over my hands. Not even two days later I have broken chipped nails. I went in to get my money back. The man started yelling at me in front of customers. Saying just because I didn't like them he wouldn't give me a refund. It wasn't because I didn't like them they are broken. Worst place ever. Wouldnt make things right I will never go there again. read more

Just left about an hour ago and seriously think I could have painted my nails better. I noticed the polish wasn't going on very well but figured by the second coat it would look better. Not really, there was paint on my skin and overall it just wasn't very good. I wish I was one of those people who could say something, but honestly I didn't want to sit and have it redone. Instead I will just be getting future manicures elsewhere. read more

I love this place!!! Friendly, clean and they do a great job!!! I have become a repeat customer for sure!!

Horrible! Do not go here. I get manicures on a regular basis (every two to three weeks) and have never had such a bad experience. The gel polish peeled within one day, my nails ripped at the edges and when I asked for my money back I was told they would fix the polish. I was told me to pick a color and then told it wouldn't be covered because I picked a different color. Just overall bad experience :( read more

Terrible experience. My friend and I made two appointments for pedicures together. We sat in the chairs with our feet in the water, one that was way too hot and one that was not warm at all, for fifteen minutes before being helped. They rushed through my friends pedicure, which only took about ten minutes before they even began mine. They barely spent time on our feet, cutting, filing, etc. and did a careless job on the polish. Not only was the service bad, but the technicians were not even friendly, mine did not say one word to me. They also, in my opinion, are overpriced ($30 for a pedicure, when a much better one is normally $20-$25). I will definitely not be returning. read more

My technician that I went to was pleasant and very careful with my nails. She did have to get up to assist another customer with their french tip but that did not bother me. I was watching her do the french tips and was impressed with how she did them. I love the outcome of my nails and will go to Perfect Nails again when I am in the area to visit my gram. read more

Far from perfect nails. I would not recommend a trip to this nail salon. In desperate need of a manicure post-New Years, I was pleasantly surprised the reviews for Perfect Nails were decent. I convinced two friends to join me for a #treatyoself experience. Well, it was no treat. There were limited nail polish options. They (a man and a woman) did not know how to cut and file nails properly. Our nails were jagged, sharp, and all different sizes. During one friend's manicure, the man stopped in order to cut and file his own nails! Seriously. When the hand massage started, we just wanted it to stop. They used a dime-sized amount of oil and proceeded to rub our nearly dry hands with their dry hands. Lots of friction. Lots and lots of discomfort on our end. We were still hoping for a decent paint job. While my painted nails looked fine, my friend's nails looked a mess. The man had painted her nails. (I had the woman paint my nails.) The nail polish was uneven on her nails and was all over her cuticles and fingers. We asked him to re-paint her nails. He did, but he didn't take off the offending nail polish. Instead, he painted another coat over the uneven polish. Feeling ripped off ($17 for a manicure) and seriously disappointed in the state of our nails, we left. If you do go, bring your own nail polish and ask for the woman. Just don't expect perfect nails. read more
