I am very satisfied most of the time. Anna is the best in my opinion. She is fast and skilled at what she does. My gel polish usually lasts 3-4 weeks. The only complaint I have is that some of the videos/music they play is very strange and dated. I think the ambience could be improved with some up-to-date music on the big screen TV. I have been to this salon many of times. It depends on who you get to do your nails, the owners of course are great but the other workers you never know. I just got a pedicure done and the lady took an hour and a half to do it. The people on both sides of me also getting pedicures were offered the orange scrub and I never was. Got my nails done (dip) before my vacation and the paint chipped TWO DAYS after I got them done! I emailed and called to see if I could get them fixed when I got back. The manager rudely stated that he couldn't help me fix their mistake or even give me a discount on my next visit. He then proceeded to lecture me about money and needing to pay his employees, so that they can feed their families. Although I agree that feeding their families is a priority, I was only asking for a small discount. I can't believe the rude response I received and I encourage you to try going anywhere else in town to get your nails done. read more

I will NEVER go into this place again!! My mom, daughter, and I went I to have our nails done. As my daughter was having her nails done (she had the powder dip), she was rudely put aside to have another girl come in and had my daughter wait while he did someone else's nails!! Finally, she had her nails done. We walk out the door and my daughter bursts into tears as she shows me her nails. I look and they were uneven, and the color did not even cover the entire nail! i am very unhappy with my nails. i asked for french tips which i got, but they are very messy and splotchy. there are spots of the polish all on my nails (where polish isnt supposed to be on french tips). the pricing is also crazy. i asked him to curve the design down more because i was not liking it and he said it would be an extra $25 just for that. i do not recommend this place and will not be coming back. read more

I've been going to Luxury Nails for several months and I'm consistently impressed with the cleanliness of the salon and attentiveness of the staff. They take many precautions with COVID, which I appreciate. They screen you when you call to make your appointment (which they will also book same-day!), use high quality air filters, acrylic screens between you and your technician and provide you with an N95 face mask upon entering. Their techs have all been great, but Anna is the best! She really takes her time and gives an amazing gel manicure. I'm always so happy with her diligence and skill. I usually have decent experiences here. It's this last experience I'm not stoked about and which caused me to come here to leave a review. The gentleman who did my nails was so rough, pulling my arms, tugging my fingers and when filing my nails, cut me on 3 different fingers. I had to yank my hand out of his due to the pain of slicing my finger open while filing. I also had to point out different nails that were crooked af. Homeboy was watching TV and wasnt paying attention to what he was doing. I felt like I inconvenienced him as though i wasnt paying for this service. This is the most HORRIBLE nail place I've ever been to! do not go! My mom I went to go get pedicures and manicure, and my moms pedicure took an hour and thirty minutes! The work never left to do someone else's nails, but instead kept on smudging! so that that in my opinion is a very long time, considering mine took 40 minutes! And they didn't even do a good job! we then got the manicures, and I asked for a design, they AIRBRUSHED IT ON! It was smudged and ugly. Meanwhile the woman doing my mothers nails was making my moms hands bleed! And she didn't do anything about it! and the massage we were supposed to get lasted 12 seconds! Also not to mention did you do anything else that a woman who came in to get the same things as my mom and I came in 40 minutes after us, and left almost an hour before us! They only take cash, because they don't have a credit card scanning machine. So my mom and I had to go get cash, and they said either leave your daughter here or you're phone, because it's apparently the policy. And so we got cash, and came back and we wanted a receipt, but he didn't have receipts so he WROTE IT DOWN ON A PEICE OF PAPER! Also, their registration papers hung on the wall were long expired! Had made appointment both times first time i had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment before they started. During the pedicure she barley scrubbed my feet. The message was like 30 seconds, and i had polish on the skin all around my toes. The women who did them was put out when i asked her to fix them. Then when it was time to do my full set i had to switch 3 people before they were actually done. It was very rough, and almost every finger was cut from the file. The second time i went in i had called made an appointment got there was told no appointment but could be done soon waited for 30 minutes then asked how much longer was gonna be another 30 minutes. when i said i was gonna leave kenny said well next time make an appointment. I also asked them to book extra time so that I can have it design and have a full set put on with marbling. When I came in Ken told me well we will see what tech you get not all of them can do that. Did acrylic fill in here and apart from being expensive they did a very shoddy job of applying fill in and polish. Only a couple of hours later the polish already is shifting and one week later the acrylic has separated from my nail bed. Horrible job! read more

I got my nails done here for my prom, and at first glance, the place is very clean and welcoming. I got a full set of acrylic nails but the process of it was like hell. The technician ruined my cuticles because he was too busy talking on the phone or doing something else, and he buffed my skin (cuticles). I had raw skin because I am a nail biter but the technician combed right over it and made me bleed. I do not recommend going here if you are interested in having a decent conversation with your technician without them talking trash about other potential clients (walk-ins). read more

I wanted gel nails but the owner who was doing my nails talked me into the new and stronger "diamond" nails. More expensive of course. I should have questioned it more. It's a total scam. No different than regular gel nails. And, he was on a headset phone the whole time... completely distracted!!! In the end, the nails were not finished well. A sloppy job. Cuticles not clean. Underside of nails not clean. Unfinished edges. And the pedicure was also below par. Because they were running late, by the time they finally finished, I had to leave to get to my next appointment and couldn't stay and ask them to fix my nails. When I called him later that same day to say I was not happy with the job and asked if I could come back within the next few days to get them fixed, he said I would have to pay again. Really????
