An Erica, that works at the pharmacy, was an outstanding help to me the other day. She took the time to research my insurance through the computer and "re-bill" me . This took time but l so appreciated her professionalism and personal concern that l be accurately labeled and billed correctly. I am a frequent shopper at Walgreens, and the staff consistently is kind and helpful ; but l would be remiss if l did not acknowledge Charie, who has been the most personable and professional throughout the years. You call before entering and the ask the questions that you would normally fill out on paper, they take your payment over the phone, so when you're done you can just leave. Firm to deep tissue massage, which he was able to do with ease. Had lots of knots that he took his time to work out the best he could. Always checking in throughout that everything was ok and temperature of blankets were ok. Also called ahead of time and talked to Erin when booking appointment. I was traveling from IN visiting family and we discussed precautions and what I would need to do before entering so I wasn't blindsided coming from another city with different precautions. Massage quality can be subjective and therapists approach it with different styles. I've tried 3 different therapists so far, all great, and will choose based on what I think I need that particular visit. Some may be better than others but they don't represent all the other therapists that work there. The front desk staff is very friendly and I always look forward to seeing them when I walk in. You'll be asked if you want a warming neck pillow and brought into a small lounge to wait for your therapist. My experience with all 3 have been friendly, comfortable, and great communication. They always check if the pressure is right and if you request areas to focus on. After the massage, you're presented with a warm towel and cup of water. I love the fact that I can book online and they have a membership program. The reason Massage Envy doesn't get a 5-star rating is due to some of the fine print (I think this applies to Massage Envy as a whole, not specifically this location). For example, regardless if you book a 60 min or 90 min massage, your massage is 10 minutes shorter than that. 60 minutes means 5 min (chat about areas to focus/how you feel) + 50 min (massage) + 5 min (give feedback/check-out). If you join the membership, be aware that it is for a year contract, and then goes month to month. Otherwise, still highly recommend this place and will be back often!
