They're across from Bliss Bee and Starbucks and a block over from Chase bank, so you can take care of numerous needs easily. Not only do they have a fantastic array of skin and hair products, but they also offer hair, skin and brow services. My brows needed a threading in a bad way, and was so happy that Hannah does threading as well as waxing. Store is bright and colorful. Hannah is the brows expert. I made an appt the week before (appts are highly recommend, as she books up quickly). After warm greeting, she first treats you with under eye patches to rejuvenate the area and reduce puffiness. She then outlines your brow to ensure it's the right shape. She works methodically and fairly gently. She then uses scissors to trim any wayward hairs . Looking at the final results in her mirror, I was thrilled with the results. I highly recommend this store for the friendly staff, great customer service and array of services and products.

The manager of this store has discriminated against me on 4 different occasions by blocking me from…read moremaking returns on online ordered purchases. Over time it has become obvious that she has somehow put a block on my account. This week I went to the store 4 times to return a few items and got different reasons why it didn't go through. On one occasion they said the tax on a $100 item was non-refundable, which is a violation of state and federal tax law. On a different visit I was told I had to bring in a copy of the original purchase email from when I placed the order. That didn't work either. The last time I was told I had to return the items via USPS. I was forced to do this on another occasion months ago and the packages were lost. I was out $240 that time and corporate did nothing about it. I believe the shipping labels were purposely cancelled so when they were accepted by the carrier there was no tracking info, and they never reached their destination. The manager gets away with how she treats me and encourages others to treat me in the same manner. She makes them fight her battles while she remains behind the scenes. It creates a toxic atmosphere for everyone. Any one of them could do a better job than her. She should have been fired a long time ago.

I was never greeted or offered assistance. I finally approached one person who showed products to me without asking anything about my skin type or preferences. After checking out, without a thank you for my purchases, I remembered wishing to purchase a lip color. The person at the register pointed to where the product was. I asked her for assistance in choosing a shade. Her reply was to choose the next shade lighter. No offer to sample the product, no trying various shades, nothing but rude behavior.

I have been a customer for more than two DECADES at this location, being an owner of four different salons. Two employees standing right in the window couldn't even be bothered to come to the door to see how they could possibly be of help. Not cool. Not cool at all. Additionally, in the beginning of the pandemic they had a manager who didn't ever wear a mask (total turnoff), as well as all of the employees. Much later when another family member tried to pick it up, it turned out, they didn't HAVE the med in stock and never notified anyone. At that point other nearby Walgreens were closed or closing so it couldn't be had the same evening. I asked why they didn't notify. "I didn't have the staff to call," was the answer. Disappointing and dangerous way to run a pharmacy. If in medical danger, this could mean the difference between treatment and having to go to the Emergency Room at the hospital. Disappoined. More of this kind of failure and they could be sued.

It is gratifying to be cared about in finding things at a store when one has little time to read all the signs, or, When a person is unable or uncertain how to locate an item! The store is packed with such a variety of cards, seasonal items, pharmaceutical access and all the usual products that modern day pharmacies offer. An Erica, that works at the pharmacy, was an outstanding help to me the other day. She took the time to research my insurance through the computer and "re-bill" me . This took time but l so appreciated her professionalism and personal concern that l be accurately labeled and billed correctly. I am a frequent shopper at Walgreens, and the staff consistently is kind and helpful ; but l would be remiss if l did not acknowledge Charie, who has been the most personable and professional throughout the years. This woman deserves an AWARD for epic service to the public on behalf of Walgreens. I highly recommend this South Burlington Walgreens. You can be browsing or in a hurry, and l can guarantee that this Walgreens will deliver every time both professionally and caringly.
