Had already discussed price, date, and number of services - I have no idea what happened but it's completely unprofessional and shockingly immature. Also, if you're going to own a company, maybe have a communication plan if something comes up and you can't respond. I guess I'll go spend my grand elsewhere..

However, the final result looked quite different from the trial and ended up feeling rushed and subpar, especially for such an important occasion. What was most disappointing was the response when I expressed that I wasn't happy with my hair. Instead of feeling heard, I felt that the owner became defensive rather than trying to understand my concerns or work toward a solution. As a bride, you hope to feel supported and confident on your wedding day, and unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I do want to mention that the makeup artists were absolutely amazing. They were professional, kind, and did a beautiful job with everyone's makeup, which I truly appreciated. I don't leave negative reviews lightly, but I think it's important for future brides to know that while the makeup team was wonderful, my experience with the wedding hair services and customer service fell short of expectations.
