When I had a problem with one, however, the owner did not follow up when requested and instead I was treated very poorly over a simple misunderstanding related to delivery. I had two experiences which Whirlpool washer I purchased four years ago, First one is about the door lock, error code was E01 F03, I looked after the solution by googling and YouTube. That thing was not easy when you encounter first time, I called them the service, Bob came in same day, he fixed for me, I paid because, the time was just passed the warranty period. The second time was happened just couple of days ago. This time was not the door issue but about the drain pump which is not working. I called them, and they scheduled me next day, then they ordered the pump and fixed the next day, it costs me about two hundreds which include the cost of service and the pump. I called the other service center for the repair, when I was waiting. They said, they will charge me $99.00 even though there is no repair.
