The phone wouldn't activate no matter what I did, so I brought the phone to the store and Lydia and Alex were so helpful. They were both so helpful and their service was great.

Perfecto, ¿no? If I could give T-Mobile 0 stars, I would without hesitation. I've been trying to close an account for FIVE months, and all I've received is disorganization, lies, and a complete lack of respect for customers. First, I put the account on suspension and was told I would only be charged $10 per month. Everything seemed fine... until February, when I received an outrageous $296 bill. I went in person to a store, paid EVERYTHING they told me to, and was clearly assured that my account was fully closed and that I didn't owe anything else. Sounds good, right? Well, no. Two months later--March and now April--I get another bill for over $320. Why? No one knows. No one responds. No one fixes anything. I went to another store looking for a solution, and it was even worse. They told me they couldn't do anything, that it was "my problem," and treated us like we were a nuisance. They even told us not to come back or they would have to remove us from the premises. All of this while I was recovering from surgery. This isn't just bad service--it's customer abuse. Unjustified charges, contradictory information, and employees who have zero intention of helping. T-Mobile: your system is broken, and your customer service is a disgrace.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I…read moreordered an Otter Box through VP Professional Corp on 3.7.13, and yet to have received my product as it is WAY past the 3-4 window as promised. Half Off is still running this deal, so BEWARE!!! When I emailed Half Off Depot on 4.10.13, I received an email on 4.12.13 stating, "Order has not shipped." I immediately asked for a date, and was told, "waiting reply from staff." I redemed my voucher through VP directly, so I have gone to them as well. Both Half Off Depot and VP Professional Corp ONLY take EMAIL requests. No live person?? When going through my email confirmation from Half Off, it states they will give a refund 5 days after purchase. WHAT??? Ummm, I haven't received my product nor have I have gotten any real answers, and you won't refund my money. There's something wrong with this picture!! You all may be cheaper, but this is not worth my time

Ugh, I'm normally so wary of scams, but looks like I fell into one…read more Since this Yelp page is one of the first things that shows up in a search for "VP Professional Corp", I hope this provides a sufficient warning. Like the other posters, I purchased a coupon for one of their Otterbox Cases (but mine was through Google Offers). VP's website said, after I redeemed my voucher, that I would receive the case in 3-4 weeks. Approaching on week 7, I went online to see if their website had a "contact us" page. Their website is no longer active and the domain name is no longer in use. I tried calling the number listed on this page and was directed to an automated message to send any inquiries to an email address. I doubt I will hear anything. I should've thought twice before buying a voucher from a website that looked so shady, and a red flag should've went up when I never received any sort of "order confirmation" email. But ya know. Live and learn. At least I wasn't out too much money. Looks like, as of today, this coupon is still being offered through various deal websites. Avoid it at all costs. You're better off taking your money to the lottery. Or give it to me, as I've recently found myself out about $30.

She said that I could get 2 of these watches Free + a reasonable monthly fee+ *Insurance that she said I could drop in *3 months. Turns out these watches DO NOT signal for 911 when you fall. I had a bad fall & it didn't call 911. Our Monthly T-Mobile bill has doubled randomly with multiple charges of $1. Spoke to a Supervisor who said it would take $700+ to pay the balance for the 2 "free watch phones" or she said, "Maybe you could sell them online". To say that T-MOBILE has had a serious decline in the 14 years we've had them is an understatement. Calling their Corporate office in "Bellevue, Washington today.
