Primero, pongo la cuenta en suspensión y me dicen que solo pagaré $10 mensuales. Todo bien... hasta que en febrero me llega una factura absurda de $296. Voy personalmente a una sucursal, pago TODO lo que me dicen y me aseguran claramente que la cuenta queda cerrada y que no debo nada más. Perfecto, ¿no? Pues no. Dos meses después, marzo y ahora abril, me llega otra factura de más de $320 dólares. ¿Por qué? Nadie sabe. Nadie responde. Nadie resuelve. I've been trying to close an account for FIVE months, and all I've received is disorganization, lies, and a complete lack of respect for customers. First, I put the account on suspension and was told I would only be charged $10 per month. Everything seemed fine... until February, when I received an outrageous $296 bill. I went in person to a store, paid EVERYTHING they told me to, and was clearly assured that my account was fully closed and that I didn't owe anything else. Sounds good, right? Well, no. I went to another store looking for a solution, and it was even worse. They told me they couldn't do anything, that it was "my problem," and treated us like we were a nuisance. They even told us not to come back or they would have to remove us from the premises. All of this while I was recovering from surgery. This isn't just bad service--it's customer abuse. Me and my family were having issues with the T-Mobile app while trying to get a new phone after losing one on our account. We went to two other T-Mobile locations, and it seemed like they didn't want to help us, saying there was nothing they could do. But when we went to the T-Mobile store in Carrollwood, David and his colleague went above and beyond. They handled everything professionally, calmly, and respectfully. After being with T-Mobile for several years on auto pay I decided to switch carriers. This company does not pro-rate their billing cycle. They made me pay for an entire month instead of calculating a pro-rated amount of two days. In other words I am paying for a whole month for two days of service! I think it is a scam and someone needs to look into these billing practices. Before you go to another company they squeeze the last penny out of you with this terrible billing system. Be careful when switching. Make sure you check billing dates before you switch or they will charge you for the whole month. I hope this helps, I paid them their $55 bucks. They can keep it but they definitely lost a customer, I would never return to T-Mobile, I don't like doing business with greedy companies. If I could I would give them zero stars. read more

I was having issues with my lines since I came over almost a week ago. My daughter is 3 hours away and could not get her line switched over. She went into the Carollwood location and was lucky to get Edgar. Unfortunately he got all my anger from all the mess ups that happened prior to meeting him. He stayed cool and calm with me. He calmed me down like a champ. He had me call corporate and he walked me on how to do a 3 way call. Once the operator came on, he took the wheel and fixed our issue within 2 minutes. This is the best T-Mobile store I've probably ever been in. First off they all speak english which is greatly appreciated by me. I've been in this store about six or eight times and NEVER had an issue. Be it a female or male or minority I get GREAT HELP. And I mean GREAT HELP. A one or two occasions I've come in fustrated, very fustrated and they always find the patience to spend the time, fix my issue, and assure me that the particular problem I come in for has been resolved. I've had success in the Citrus Park Store but even they simply done operate as awesomelly as this particular store does. If I could give them a 12 and a half star rating I would. From what I've seen, I just cant imagine some customer coming in and walking out pissed off. This store just knows it stuff and knows how to take care of people. My friends complained about​ how badly my phone was working. Seemed to have extra sounds, you would​​ lose​ the ability for anyone to hear you--a connection but no sound. So I changed service but, not my phone number. I purchased another Samsung​--I am not sure if the outer box is what makes this phone so heavy. The team of employees all works together. They set my phone up for it to be ready to use. I am very happy with this​ business. I am under the impression that T-Mobile had just purchased Metro. Beware!! Another nightmare!! Bought brand new phones, they sent used ones, contract pricing was not NOT what was originally quoted online...cancelled service and contract within 48 hours they still billed me over 300.00 per month for months and then put me in collections. I spoke with supervisors every month for months and nothing happened...had to get an attorney and now have to get their bad credit rating off my credit report. This is a HUGE FRAUDULENT company. I recently went to T-Mobile to upgrade my phone. The service associate, Scott, was extremely helpful and knowledgable about all of the products and services provided. As always, the service is superb. It's probably the number one reason I have stayed with T-Mobile for so long. Whenever there is a billing question, it has always resulted in a positive outcome. What I witnessed a customer do to an associate who did everything he could to help, was simply appalling. Why does the general public seem to think customer service associates can break laws in order to get what they want? As much as customer service associates try to help, there are limits. Please respect these associates. Just because they are customer service reps doesn't make them less then human. I hope the customer that complained about T-Mobile's inability to break privacy laws, realizes that losing your cool in a public place makes him look like an asshole. Switched to T-Mobile for the money I save! Stayed, ONLY because of the money I save! I have four lines on T-Mobile. Today, I wanted to add a fifth! Since T-Mobile doesn't sell the Galaxy S3 at their stores anymore (LOVE the Galaxy S3), I went to WalMart to get it. I know better than to activate a phone at WalMart...so I called T-Mobile! I wanted to put an existing number on the new phone & sim card, and get a new number for my old phone and sim card. Sounds simple? Nope! They transfered my existing phone number to my new phone and sim cards, and turn around and tell me I can't get a new number on my old sim card (apparently the customer service person needed to add the new line before transfering the old line away from the old sim card??? WTF still don't understand, anyway they admitted they screwed up) and told me I would have to pay $10 for a new sim card...because they did this all in the wrong order! I told them thats unacceptable I am paying for their mistake, so I told them to transfer me to customer retention...that instead of adding a 5th line to my tmobile account, I should have just taken my 5 lines elsewhere! So I speak to the retention specialist, who informs me they will send me out a sim card for free, or I can stop at any corporate store and get on for free, that it will be notated on the account. Great, now I have to drive 20 minutes each way out of my way to get this "free" sim card. So I arrive at the store, explain the situation, give them my info, only to be told my "free" sim card wasn't noted on my account. At that point I told them get the "manager". I use that term loosly. The "manager" comes out, I explain the situation and frustration, she looks at my account and tells me she can't help me...since its not noted on my account! Sooooo....I play back the call with the T-Mobile representative! Yes, I record all my call, just like they do! This must have brough Raven (the "manager") great joy to hear the call played, because she smiled and said she can't help me. Apparently it makes her happy to not help customers! Anyway, I let the 4 minute recording play, in which Nicole (the customer retention specialist I was on the phone with). Nicole says I can stop by any corporate store and get a free sim card or she can send one out, but understood that would only make things worse because it would take 7 days to get to me! She said the notes were ALREADY on the account! And then my wonderful T-Mobile network dropped the call! Ironic, right? Well, Nicole never called back...and I went to the store, already having been told it was notated on my account, only to have a "manager" happy to displease a customer, well, displease a customer! She latched on to the fact that at the end of the call, when I was confirming AGAIN that showing up to a corporate store would net me the "free new sim card", the line went dead, and Nicole never confirmed this information...despite Nicole already having confirmed it earlier in the phone call! What a crock! I almost left T-Mobile right then and there! But I called T-Mobile corporate while standing right in the store, and they ended up making it right. But now I have a NEW hatred for T-Mobile and their lack of giving a sh*t about their customers at their stores! F@CK you Raven. You should be fired. But your sadistic side probably likes my leaving that comment! AVOID THIS TMOBILE STORE! AND IF YOU CAN GET PHONE SERVICE ELSEWHERE FOR THE SAME PRICE, DO IT! I've been with T-Mobile since the Voicestream days. This is a great T-Mobile store. Especially "Sam". She is a real advocate to make sure you pay for what you need. I go in for a plan tune up about every 6 months, she looks over the account and tweaks here and there to make sure I get good bang for the buck. While we disagree on brands, (sorry, Apple rocks) She has turned me into a 6 line customer. Great place for phone service. read more

Love this store! Customer service was great, deals were great and location is pretty good too! James helped me out when I wandered in on a break from work. I was looking for a case for my iPhone 6s Plus and a case for a rare phone (discontinued). The Samsung Galaxy s6 edge (plus). James helped me find the exact case I was looking for in the color that I wanted. (Gold mophie Charging case) and he went over all the sales with me and helped me find a case for the galaxy as well! I have had T-Mobile for a little over 2 yrs now and you would think they would have it right by now. I started with a Note 3 and after the VERY first year of having that device the service began to decline I made REPEATED phone calls l went into the store changed sim cards you name I'VE TIRED IT so at this point im calling in I finally got a new phone the LG G4 and that has been a nightmare since DAY 1 the replaced it within one year and since its still under warranty that seems to be T-Mobile's answer to the fix. I have requested a different phone if they will have to replace it a 2nd time and I have been told no .
