After a lot of research this ONLY happens after A bad screen repair which was done by them. I took the phone in at 2 pm today because Nick told me I needed to have it in before 3 pm. I get there at 2:15 and he's closed for lunch until almost 3 PM. I bring the phone in and he was very rude initially but I let it go. Came back for my phone 45 mins later only to see that The same scratch was still on the screen that was there before the "replacement". I came back inside to ask him if the screen was replaced and he assured me that it was, even after I pointed out the scratch still being there and knowing for A fact he didn't touch it. He says he put A "used screen" on it that was better than the old one. This is after waiting for A new screen to ship to them. So I asked to see the old screen and he shows A screen that was clearly not mine. (I know by the scratch) after everything admits that he didn't replace the screen because the phone wasn't acting up while it was in there. He slapped on A tempered glass screen protector and said if the phone still messes up he will ACTUALLY replace the screen. What A lousy business to lie about having the screen replaced while he sat there and didn't do A single thing. I'm disgusted I will NOT be bringing it back after reading all of these reviews and this whole situation is inexcusable.

Two weeks ago, I paid to have my phone screen fixed here. The SAME DAY I left their shop, my screen started blacking out. I immediately called and reported the issue, and the guy told me to record it if it happened again and bring the phone back in so they could fix it. When I went back, they told me they didn't have the screen in stock and that they would "call me" once they got it. Days went by, my phone kept getting worse, and every time I tried to follow up it was one excuse after another. I was told to come back multiple times, only to find the shop CLOSED during business hours with no answer on the phone. When I finally did get ahold of the owner, instead of helping, he was rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me. I asked for a refund since they clearly couldn't fix the issue, but was told they "don't do refunds." I asked where is their posted sign that says no refund , since every legitimate business is supposed to display it, and was told they "don't need to have one." Basically, they take your money, do a poor job, and leave you stuck. They kept pushing me off, telling me "come back in 3 days," then "come back in 2 weeks," then just flat out ignoring my calls. After all this time, my phone is still not fixed, the money I paid, and I've only been treated with disrespect & rudeness. In some instances he was helpful with some e mail issues, but also didn't seem knowledgeable about all aspects within e mail, very helpful with resetting wi fi, not at all helpful with importing pictures from i phone to pc ( allegedly, he's been researching this issue for last 3 weeks ), etc. He is mostly non responsive to inquiries. After working on our PC, my volume icon no longer worked, among other issues which developed at that time too. Coincidence? I've had to seek additional assistance from another PC repair service and after extensive work they were able to resolve the outstanding issues.
