I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but with Covid and multiple deaths in my family it fell to the waist side. When my son broke his phone on 5/11 I went to this store because it was listed on Verizon's website, when I arrived there was one person working, I explained to him I wanted to know pricing on upgrading one of my phones. He looked at my account and advised me they had a buy one get one free promotion that was ending that day if I added a third line and that it would actually be a lot cheaper than just upgrading one phone. I told him I couldn't afford a huge increase in my monthly bill. He assured me because I was changing my plan to a better one it would only increase my bill $30 a month. As he was helping me a line of other customers started to line up around the building due to social distancing and he was still the only employee in the store and began rushing to finish helping me. I can't tell you how many times I asked about how much my bill would change and kept confirming I was only going to be paying for one phone monthly. He confirmed I was getting the buy one get one free because I had added a third line I didn't even need. Since my son needed a phone since we do not have a home phone I needed to be able to reach him throughout the day. When I received my bill the next month I was in shock how high the bill was, I called Verizon and they said it was "odd" there was only a copy of one signed paperwork to finance one phone but even though there WAS a buy one get one free promotion ending on that day I did not get that promotion and since this location IS NOT A DIRECT VERIZON STORE ONLY AN AUTHORIZED dealer there was nothing they could do so basically I was SOL. I have been with Verizon for almost 20 years and I am disgusted that someone could basically lie and deceive a customer to make a bigger sale and get away with it. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!! read more

I strongly recommend caution when dealing with this Verizon "authorized" dealer. We've been Verizon customers for over 15 years, but today was the first time I felt truly disappointed. The store was poorly maintained, with no phones on display and an overall disorganized appearance. In hindsight, the condition of the store should have been a red flag. I had paid for an iPhone 16 Pro upgrade on Verizon's official website, which directed me to this store to pick up my phone. After a 30-minute drive, I arrived and waited an additional 20 minutes to be assisted. Despite my phone being fully paid for, I was told I'd have to wait even longer for them to scan and process it. After another 20 minutes, an associate informed me that the phone they had wasn't available for me because it supposedly belonged to another customer. Instead, they tried to push me to buy a different phone directly through them, essentially trying to upsell me on services I didn't need. This experience was highly unprofessional and misleading. When I asked for a manager, the response was similarly disappointing, with no effort to resolve the issue. I ultimately left and reached out to Verizon's corporate customer service, who not only addressed the issue but also provided me with a better deal due to the poor experience I had at this "dealer" non-corporate store. They also mentioned that they've received multiple complaints about these "authorized" dealers and advised that the best service is usually found at Verizon's corporate stores. If you're considering a visit to an authorized dealer, especially this one, I would advise you to proceed with caution or better yet, stick with Verizon's corporate locations for a more reliable and straightforward experience. This store and experience was a sham!! Never again and hoping you don't make the same mistake. read more

I recently visited this Verizon store intending to switch my service from T-Mobile. I spoke with a sales representative named Sergio, who helped me place a "preorder" for four phones. During this process, he took my Social Security number and made a copy of my driver's license, supposedly to initiate the account and complete the preorder. I never received any kind of confirmation--no email, no text, nothing. I followed up today by calling Verizon corporate, only to be told that there is no record of any preorder at all. This is extremely concerning. Not only was my time wasted, but now I'm left questioning why sensitive personal information was collected if no order was ever placed. At best, this was gross negligence. At worst, it raises serious privacy and security concerns. I expected a smooth transition and professional service, but instead I'm left with no phones, no account, and a lot of unanswered questions. I will be reconsidering my decision to switch to Verizon unless this is resolved immediately. I strongly advise others to demand written confirmation before handing over any personal documents at this location. read more

I recently had a great experience with customer service at this Verizon store. I went into the store with the intention of trading in my old iPhone, and Dulce made the entire process a breeze. Came to this Verizon store and had the best experience with the store manager Jeff!! He greeted me at the door with a huge smile. I came in a little upset that my phone was not working properly and I couldn't fix it my self so I had to come seek help. I will admit I was very rude at first and kind of loud. But Jeff handled it with such grace. He sat there and listened to me and help me fix my email app on my phone. After all that and I finally calmed down Jeff then walked me through all the promotions I had available on my account. Needless to say by the end of it me and my kids all wound up getting new phones. That definitely wasn't the plan, but I got such a good deal I couldn't pass it up. We are very happy with our new iPhone 16s and this phone is definitely working way better than my old one. read more

The reps here have a great attitude and they work as a team which makes it a lot more comforting to buy from here. They do also carry products that a normal Verizon service store doesn't, and these products have more value than just the normal accessory bundle, trade in programs, etc... Definitely recommend to go here if you're looking for a deal and a pleasant experience when doing so. I know retail sales is difficult to work in and I'm sure they have times where they have difficult customers but my experience was definitely pleasant. RECOMMENDED TO ALL! read more

They ARE NOT an official Verizon store, they are a franchise and a terrible one at best. STAY AWAY, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. Their Rep, Omar, provided terrible service, he lied about the fees and lied about the discounts. The worst part is, that when you call Verizon to complain, they tell you that they can't do anything and that you need to go to resolve the dispute at the store BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT AN AUTHORIZED CORPORATE STORE, they are a 'Victra Franchise'. -AGAIN, STAY AWAY. read more

This place rips you off! They don't save you any money and they don't have their facts straight. Please go to a Verizon store and you will get the proper assistance. I was told they didn't have the money in the drawer to pay me back and I still had to pay a restocking fee. This sucks! read more
