I took an older MacBook Pro that I had taken to another shop that is well known and has several locations but they told me that it would be better off going directly through Apple since they couldn't fix it. Called in and brought in my laptop along with an iPhone 5s that I have just sitting there with a home button issue. I was told the repair shouldn't be an issue on either item and just to give them a few days. No more than three business days later I get a call saying that everything is done and ready to go, and was surprised with the amount due. I expected to pay a lot more for what I got, and didn't expect the service to be so quick. I highly recommend the shop and when I have other issues now I have a new go to place that is convenient and very reasonably priced.

I was clearly pissed that they would not honor their own promotion. Seeing that I was highly pissed off, they made no attempts to rectify this. No one effort was made. Just absolute poor customer service. When I left, I was so disgusted that told them I was canceling my service for another carrier that respects their customers. I was actually going to. I happen to drive by another ATT store and thought I'd see if this store was different. They were confused by what I went through and thought it was a poor reflection on ATT. Based on the severely poor customer service from the manager and employees, I cannot recommend this specific store. Thank the other store location as to why I'm still a customer.

I did have a fairly good estimate on what we needed. My only issue was with the steppers. I thought I was getting a pallet of huge 2 ft x 3 feet stones we could stack as a stairway but it was a pallet of small flagstone pieces. Other that that mistake everything else was spot on. The sod is amazing. We orders 6 pallets and we laid the day after delivery and had only 2 pieces that didn't take.

I made an appointment in Volo Verizon and get there and said I had an appointment. The ride clerk was too busy talking to friends. If Verizon does not want my business I can go elsewhere. Rude customer service especially when you set up an appointment and tell them everything you are looking for when setting it up and then they want the information again. I sat on the parking lot for 1/2 hour and they were still talking o guess friends are more important than customers. That is it I am done with Verizon If I could give no stars I would. read more

I've been in the store every day for three days running, and the guys I worked with (Josh, Taylor, Caleb and ..... one more?) we're all phenomenal! We had to sort out a stolen phone and jet pack, and then did a phone upgrade. They made the whole process enjoyable and simple.
