stay away from this store, they take advantage of customers especially seniors. they tell you that they will throw items in for free but end up charging instead with huge mark up prices. I'm going to give a very bad review, my senior mother went into the store and was treated very Badly, very bad business to treat seniors like dirt and ask them to leave cause they stated they didn't have a lot of patience. If I can give no star I would. I have never been so disappointed with a Verizon store. I came in and bought the brand new iphone 13 pro Max. Called multiple times after it said the item had been delivered and they told me they didn't have anything. Took me calling the customer service line so they can contact the store to find out it's been there the entire Time. Bought three accessories under the impression that it was going to be 30% off AND confirmed the prices with Sales rep Junaid, to be charged a ton more ! I called back to see if there was a miscommunication and sales rep Nick told me he can't do anything for me and some of my items were NONREFUNDABLE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We went into the store to get my daughters phone checked out. Battery wasn't charging. The didn't plug it in to try to diagnose it. They did try to turn it on which of course didn't work. They pretty much said we are stuck and need to buy a new phone. We left the store and went to another location. That new location gave great service. Sorry, Volo, but not every customer is in a position to buy a new phone because you didn't put effort into a proper diagnosis. Sorry to bother your rest. read more

We've been long time customers of the Volo Verizon store. It's the one by the Home Depo and Aldis right next to Starbucks. We've been purchasing our iPhones there for 5 years now. The guys are very knowlefgable about their products and the Verizon service. Once, after I updated my phone, it quit working so I went in, they knew exactly what happened and placed a call to Verizon and reset my account for me. Phone worked fine ever since. Another time they pointed out a money saving offer if I updated my account. After I leave the store I always feel satisfied that I was given the best advice as well and gotten the best deals on phones and service. I totally recommend this place for verizon service. read more
