I had a great experience at this Verizon store. This past week. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Justin was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly without making me feel rushed. He made the entire process easy and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood all of my options. It's rare to receive this level of customer care these days. On Monday, June 29 at 7:30 PM I went into the store to discuss my bill situation when everything was almost done. I ask the employee about future information when I ask him a question he medically escalated. talked back to me saying lot of bad words . He threaten me lots of people from other stores outside. We're looking at him when he was screaming yelling and cussing at me outside. Hopefully the Manager can see the cameras and can address the situation. The only thing we ask is respect and for the employer to be terminated. Also, the employer needs to apologize and deal with the consequences. read more

Do not go to this store!!!! I lost my phone and went there to get a new one Was not told I could use my insurance thru Verizon and that I had to buy a new one. Paid over 900.00. Later found out my insurance thru verizon would absolutely pay for a new phone. Tried to return the one I got from them the next day. I had extra fees because they are not corporate. Independently owned. Go to black stone store because it's corporate and you won't get screwed. Blackstone knows their stuff and will work to save you money. NOT this store!!!! read more

The service was great, they have a great selection of phones and accessories but even then they won't force you to buy with them if you can get a better deal through your Verizon app. They'll help you out in the process and the value of items is worth it.. That's customer service that I think holds value. I will continue to come to this store because of the service. read more

Complete Awful Service. Ordered last night, order completed and ready for pickup, come in next morning and oversold. Was told maybe in at the end of next month no guarantee. Already charged $$$ and told it was ready for pickup. Horrible and shame on them. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I have had buying a phone Ever. I honestly cannot believe they are getting away with so many fraudulent practices at this store. First of all, just to pre-order my phone it took an Hour. No one knew what they were doing so they kept having to call supervisors. They didn't know what the deals were - we had to tell them. Then, I went to pick up my phone (not even transfer anything on to it) and it took a full TWO hours. At the beginning they showed me a blank screen with a signature line on it on their ipad and said I had to sign. I asked them what I was signing. They said it was just to give them permission to switch the phone number from one phone to the other. I said, "That's it?" They said, "That's all." So I signed it. They then proceeded to tell me that I had to pay $150 for their special screen protector and case and to transfer everything over. I kept telling them I didn't want it, but they said it was required. Finally I said, fine, then I don't want the phone. Only then did they say it wasn't really required and they guess I didn't need to get it after all. (Should have been my first clue that they were not truthful at that store). They then proceeded to take another 2 hours to do... honestly I have no idea what they were doing after that point. I had my 2 year old and my 11 month old with me, who were both screaming after an hour because they were hungry. I kept telling the sales associate that I would come back later and they kept saying, "It will be just one more minute." Finally (after another hour) I packed up all my stuff and had both kids in my arms and was headed out the door when they said "Oh here is your phone, we're all set now." They give me a bag with the phone and say that I just have to pay the taxes on the phone because that is Verizon policy so they ask to see my credit card, which I give them, thinking they will show me some paperwork or something. No, they just come back in 1 minute and say, OK, have a nice day. At that point I'm so frazzled with my kids screaming for food that I just leave. When I get home I see that they've put some paperwork in the bag with the phones (the first time I've seen any) so I look at it and they have charged me for SO much that I didn't ask for or want. Oh, and there's my electronic signature from the beginning of the visit at the bottom of these pages. This is FRAUD. I will be writing Verizon corporate, the BBB, and putting bad reviews on every website I can think of. I will also be calling them on Monday. Unless this is fixed I will also be hiring an attorney to deal with this. read more

I usually don't review telephone companies; however, (Store manager Robbie and Alyssa - I think that was her name) were very helpful. I had to go in a few times for lack of planning on my end. Every time I went in, the energy and support was the same. Consistent with acknowledging me upon entering the store, letting me know they would be right with me while they were helping other customers and took the time to assist me with replacing my broken phone. Furthermore, they provided support and advice in reference to my old phone (trade-in) and apple watch. There's more to say but I may begin sounding redundant. I think this feedback may seem as "part of the job" but since Covid, I feel many employees in various companies believe they're actually doing us customers a favor so they proceed to show lack of care. I purchased a Pure Gear Tempered Glass HD screen protector for $49.99 from this store on September 22, 2017. The sales person, Daniel Najera told me to bring in my phone, if the screen ever cracked and they will replace it free of charge. I took in my iPhone 7 on Monday, June 4, 2018 to have the screen protector replaced free of charge. They told me they couldn't do it in the store and to get my replacement on Pure Gear's website. The only problem is Pure Gear is charging me $6.95 for shipping. I can afford to pay $6.95, but this isn't about the money it is about the concept. read more

Brought my iPhone X here because it kept restarting itself (glitching). A man dressed very nicely compared to the other employee helped me. He looked as if he was a manager or supervisor at the least. I showed him my phone and he tells me "oh no, we can't do anything for you. You have to go to the apple store in Fresno for that". I told him I have insurance through Verizon and he responded with "yea I but we can't help you here" I asked if any other Verizon could help in which he replied "no". I ended up going to the Verizon off Mooney by Best Buy and what started as one person helping me turned into 5 people. Needless to say, they told me what was wrong with my phone and how to fix it (I needed to hook up to iTunes) they let me know that if it continued to happen to come in and they would order me a new phone. This store is a HUGE JOKE . I went in and after several times telling the worker I wanted the same deal and price for a Apple Watch I purchased the day before the worker attempted to sale me a watch at a much higher price after activating it to my account already . When I told them I did not want to purchase they left the account activated on my account without me knowing I have been paying it for months . After several attempts of Contacting the manage and district manager obviously avoiding me as well the manager doesn't seem to be able ti handle this situation . I've had to go into this store and babysit the worker and manager to make sure they are taking steps in attempt to handle my situation . The line is still active in my account to this day . This place is a waste of time and money and a HUGE disgrace to the Verizon corporation I don't know how Verizon can have them as authorized retailers when all they do is screw over clients . read more

The stupid girl that used to work there sold me a phone stating after 1 year I will be eligible to upgrade, well one year later and customer service is telling me I cannot upgrade until 2 years. She gave me false info and David is neither able to help because all he states is "there's a reason she's not here". That's not my problem. Liars that feed you a whole bunch on bullshit. This is not a Corporate Verizon Store. What does that mean? You want to activate your phone? Be prepared for a $19.99 (plus tax) "Setup and Go" fee for something Verizon Corporate would do for FREE!!! That's just for activations. I'm sure there other things this place won't do for free that Corporate will. Do yourself a favor and find a Corporate Verizon Store locally. Just call and ask. NO AUTHORIZED RETAILERS!! I spoke with Verizon on the phone and they said these places can charge these types of fees. We weren't told about the fee until they finished doing the activation.
