Purchased phones and…read moreplans almost a year ago, and are still dealing with the fallout of incorrect information from this entity who realized their mistake and has yet to fully compensate as discussed. Many hours on the phone. Certainly deception here. i will only do business with actual Verizon, ATT, etc stores owned by the actual company in the future.

    Worst experience I have ever had at a phone store... ever. We went in weeks ago and picked out…read moredevices to have shipped to the store. We told them we'd be back on a specific day and showed up that day. My husband's account showed they had been delivered to the store. We were adding myself to his account. When we get there they acted like they had no idea what we came in for, couldn't find our devices. We waited for almost an hour just for them to find our devices. Then we waited 2 hours for them to get our bill and prices down to what we had spent an hour discussing the last time we were there (as they had somehow went up almost $200 from the last time) they finally were magically able to uphold the promo we came in for when we told them we'd were going to walk. Then we finally get to the point and start the process to add my line and port over my number, doesn't this guy walk away from us 20 times to help other customers even though there were 3 other employees in the store. He says to us "sorry I'm just trying to make my money" how unprofessional can you be? This delaying our service even more because they rep he called on his Verizon phone and LEFT US TO TALK TO, needed info we didn't have. We also had our newborn with us who was beginning to fuss since we were on hour 4 of this awful experience. To add icing to the cake we told him we had two older kiddos at home waiting to go trick or treating (this was Halloween) and he still kept walking away to try and make full on sales with customers walking in the door. I will never ever return to this store and once our devices are paid off we plan on going back to my old cell provider as I had never had an issue with them in the 10 years I used them. On top of all of that he started the cloud back up for my device and tried to tell me to give him my old phone to be wiped clear and leave the store before the back up was completed. Thank god we were not comfortable with that after everything else and decided to take the old device with us. The second we left the store and had no WiFi, the new device failed the back up restore and needed to start over once we got home, for which we needed the old device for the codes. We drove an hour and a half to this store twice so that the second time would be fast and smooth after discussing price and picking out devices the first time. This ended up being the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Do better Verizon.

He ruined the screen protector he tried to put on my phone, and would not fess up to doing so. I was so upset at his lack of skill and the fact that he boasted that he was great at putting screen protectors on. It was so difficult to even get him to stop what he was doing. I had to get through to him that I was not happy, that I wanted him to stop trying to put on this protector after failing at it 30+ times, and that I wanted a refund. This took tons of effort to do, and he did not care that I was unhappy at all. He just kept trying, and every time it got worse. I had to use a firm angry voice to get him to even take pause, as my nice concerned tone of voice got me nowhere. I had to demand what I wanted. This is totally unacceptable behavior from a sales associate. He even had issues with giving me the refund. I tried to get another associate to help but he didn't care either, and went into a back room. Said that the associate I was with knew what he was doing. Yeah right! This experience wasted a ton of my time and I left the store never wanting to return again! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, AND WILL GIVE YOU AN EXPERIENCE WORTHY OF TARNISHING YOUR WHOLE DAY!

    On August 20 my son went and try to see about purchasing a phone case and a screen protector and…read moreonce he saw it and everything and had a second thought about it he kept telling the gentleman I do not want it it's too expensive and a gentleman continue to ignored my son and put on the case and put on the screen protector and as soon as he acknowledged my son my sons like I do not want it and he's like we know returns we know refunds and started speaking Arabic after a while my son asked for a receipt and the cashier plainly ignored him and went on to help other customers without providing my son for a receipt or with his money back so my son felt forced to have to pay I went today and I try to return everything and he continue to say I cannot return there's no refunds and I kept explaining to him that he ignored my son yesterday when my son was trying to tell him that he did not want the item and continued going he came on to say you need to contact my store manager or you need to contact another representative for them to figure it out and I keep explaining to him I understand the no refunds I understand the case I understand all that but you should be able to return it because you ignored my son when he told u to stop that he didn't want it before u even out the actual screen protector on this Guy didn't even provide him a receipt for nothing as soon as you took the money from him you plainly just ignored him so here I am having to try n figure all this out and he goes on to speak in Arabic and say god knows what

    When one spends many 100s of dollar bills on a cell phone, its only poetic that it ends with one…read morerunning over said phone with their Jeep Wrangler. Luckily, I was ready for an "upgrade", so I promptly visited the Verizon near my work. I also made an appt online...really the only fact that made me choose this option vs the apple store in the mall, it was so fast to navigate the website. The good: Stephanie, the manager, assisted me in my need for a new phone. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and kind. She was prompt in helping me pick out a phone AND helped me set it all up. So by the time we were done, I was able to leave my old, crushed, gravelly phone on their counter and leave with my new, purty, shiny new toy. The (not so) bad: I waited maybe 5 min longer to be signed in upon arrival than I'd have liked. But after watching their process of greeting customers while Stephanie was assisting me, I was pleased with how attentive they were (especially to any seniors who lacked product knowledge). The entire team seemed enthusiastic and experienced and helpful to all those they helped. Great management here! Thanks!

Last visit they sold me a phone IPhobe 16 never way Ed the activation fee as he said he will and managed to add hotspot on the live without asking me! Who does business like this the previous time they gave me access to HULU and charged me more! Do these people take accountability for their actions? Selling you something you never were told in the first place?? I am beginning to think TMoBil may be the better option at least they don't lie like these people!!!!
