I have been trying to get a credit adjustment since 9/25, on a phone upgrade. It was over $200.00. Adam the manager was unresponsive after several messages/calls. I finally called corporate customer service. Within 6 business days, Corey James, district manager contacted me. We met yesterday 7/8 at the N. Grafton location. Less than an hour the credit adjustment was fixed. read more

Not open at posted hours of 0900. Zero update on 1 of 2 phone order after 11 days and multiple calls. Store phone number connects you to a call center. read more

Perennially understaffed, and the employees they have working are slow as hell. You will wait forever to be helped and then it will take them an eternity to do what you need (buy a phone, troubleshoot an issue, etc). Visited three times over a year trying to give them a fair shot, but it never changed. Avoid unless you love waiting forever. read more
