    Hour and a half wait to pay a bill. Rude staff who refused to give an estimated wait time. Zero stars if i was able.

    Our retail florist shop is almost 100 years old and had 40 year old telephones which worked great…read morebut were very tired. We opted for the IPitomy telephone system. We contacted Cliff at American Business Telephone, who came to Trumbull with Howard to educate us and show us equipment. We have been computerized since 1982, but were not up to speed with VOP. They explained everything we needed to know in an easy to understand way. We hired American Business Telephone to rewire our shop for both our computer and telephone networks as well as purchase/install our new telephone system. We could not have been happier and would HIGHLY Recommend them for all your communication and network needs. Cliff is especially readily available after hours to solve any problems or answer any questions. We had an outage with had nothing to do with our inside phone systems, but rather a problem with our T1 line outside the building. Cliff spent hours trying to find a solution and placed many calls to our T1 provider who Cliff had no association with. What other company would do that? I mentioned to Cliff our children were going to be in Europe for the Summer at school and Cliff told me that their smart phone can connect via the internet into our VOP over with the IPitomy telephone system to save on calls in the USA. Cliff spent the time to set up the IPitomy as well advising how to configure the smart phones to do this. All at no extra cost to us! The service this company gives is outstanding!     I contacted AT&T on December 27th due to a problem that we were having with our service. After…read moretalking to the customer service representative, it was determined that we needed an updated box since we have had the same receiver box since 2010. An appointment was set up for Monday December 31st. We received a phone call on Sunday night stating that the appointment would have to be cancelled as the technician did not have a receiver box (which I believe is necessary for any Direct TV customer) and the earliest they could come was Thursday, Jan. 3rd. We continued to have problems with the sound on our receiver (which was the original problem that caused us to purchase a new television) We contacted customer service again and the earliest appointment we can get is Monday January 7th. After spending over 300 dollars for a new television and missing work as they did not call until the night before to cancel we are told that we will have to wait a week and a half to resolve this problem. I feel that it is poor customer service as we called on December 27th and they set us up as a priority and got an appointment within 2 days and then appointment cancelled the night before. We missed work and when calling customer service stating that they could not help us even though the equipment that they supposedly was out of was a common piece of equipment that any customer needs. After being a customer for over 20 years I feel that is is a disgrace as to how they treat their long standing customers

    I bought the new meta glasses from here and they were the wrong ones but I took them out of the…read morestore and called my dad to see if they would work he wanted the tinted ones he said no I went to try and return them still sealed and the manager said no after opening the box in front of me and saying there were finger prints on them and where not the ones that they sold me are you fucking kidding me the. Proceeded to talk to customer service on the phone in the parking lot for 2 hours and they told me to go back in the store and talk to the manager. After about 20 minutes of online and In store managers talking to each other the In store manager said that he would just prosess the refund if I hung up on the online one so I did and then he made me wait at the store counter for 15 minutes while he whent in his office and talked to the other employees, came out and said I can't do anything I'm sorry. So now I am left with a $400 paperweight and no options left if you ever choose Best Buy use online.
