If anyone in their leadership reads these reviews I hope they take notice of why many people are unhappy. I will be the first to say I absolutely love this store and the products they offer. I'm a total electronics and gadget nerd. I could probably live there. The problem isn't with the products offered. They are high quality. Yeah some things are pricey but if a customer doesn't have enough sense to not buy the platinum engraved $34 HDMI cord when you can get one from eBay for $3.99 don't blame the store, do your research people! Leadership listen up! The problem with your store is the customer service/experience. I don't know what it is, but the employees are not good at reading your customer base. Often times I am left waiting in an area for over 15 minutes without being acknowledged if I have any sort of question. Last December I wanted to purchase remote start for my car. I went to Best Buy and found many options. I waited for 15 minutes just waiting for someone to basically convince me to spend $500 on something I wanted, but had questions over. It would have been a slam dunk sale. I was ready to go, had the money, and was willing to fork it over that day. Not a single person offered assistance that day and I left with no money spent. That lack of customer acknowledgement lost a sale and irritated a loyal customer. Now I haven't been treated rudely by any staff and have at times received great service. However, there have been far too many times where I have been completely ignored and not felt valued. If you can fix this you easily have 5 stars from me and probably many other happy customers. I'll still come back, but it's because I know what I'm looking for I can get in get out pretty quick. Value and acknowledge your customers because it doesn't long for a loyal person to find other options!

TJ called me and said the cd played I bought and wanted to install wasn't as good as the existing one. He also said the amp with the lowering fairing kit was missing some adapters. When he called in the morning he said another amp was going to be another $250 to install. Really bummed me out. He called me later that day and told me the bike was done and ready for pick up. He fabricated adapters of a car remote kit and saved me from buying another amp and also told me to return the cd deck from where I bought. He could of raked me over the coles but instead he come up with some ingenuity and saved me a bunch of money. Way to go TJ and dashboard by Karls!

Purchased a home with an ice maker that was originally sourced through Karl's. The seller told me…read morethat the water pump on the ice maker went out, was under warranty, claim filed with Karl's and the part ordered. Karl's then indicated that the part is on back order and would be available in two months. Later, we were notified that timeframe would extend to three months. At the end of three months, I called the service department several times over a matter of weeks to inquire about the status. Each time, I was promised a call back but no one did. I finally went to the store in person and later received a call back to let me know they emailed the distributor to inquire about the part status and would keep me posted. That was three weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything. Abysmal service.
