Verizon has fantastic service; I love my phone, and it always works, but this store is just a disaster. Their customer service is abysmal. After my father passed away, they refused to take the phones back and were very rude about it. They lost the death certificate and didn't care that we had already turned it in, wanted us to drive all the way home for ANOTHER copy. We were trying to do the right thing and turn the phones on his plan in, and they blatantly refused to take them. I am not sure if they work on sales-based commission, but unless you are buying a new phone, they want NOTHING to do with you. Verizon online customer service told us to specifically go to this location and turn in the phones. They made an already challenging time so much worse after losing the death certificate. Providing no remorse at all and making us jump through 1000 obstacles when we were just trying to do the right thing and technically doing all of this wouldn't even have impacted us money-wise. I just didn't want them to lose out on the phone that still had payments on it. I ended up reaching out to Verizon Online Customer Support, who was very helpful and disconnected the phones and sent me return boxes. I don't know who this location is hiring, but they should reassess their service agents and hire people with better attitudes that actually want to do their job. read more

Verizon is a great carrier, I have no issues with the phone service. The customer service at this location is another thing entirely. Our grandfather passed away, so we wanted to transfer to a new plan to avoid hassle. This location made doing so nearly impossible. They claimed we couldn't cancel, transfer lines, or return the phones we had already replaced on a new plan due to their inability to do their jobs. We reached out to Verizon online and accomplished what this location was unable to do. Their techs are unknowledgeable, inexperienced and will have you do all the work in store. They had me call a number that I had to relay information between the tech and the phone operator, I eventually handed the tech the phone so they could do their job. We wanted to return the phones we replaced, they were trying to lock us into paying for our deceased grandfathers phone. They're either terrible at their jobs or shady. I'm hoping it's the latter, I can't be sure though. Avoid this location if you value your time and mental health. read more

Went to a cooperate store thinking it would have the best training an personal . I was wrong. Thought this would be fairley simmple . geting some information on plans and options. Couldnt get internet service at the address I needed it for. I understood why no big deal. so went a different way. changed to a different plan. this is what they do! should be simple! WRONG!! 2 hours in the store, still not finished. go to an appointment, come back. Spend another 2 hours in the store. Thought I had 3 of the 4 phones working. An hour later they were all disconnected. 14 hr later 2 of them came back on line. Then I had to spend about an hour on 2 deferent days in a different reseller store to get the last 2 phone working and moved to the new plan. 8 hours of my time 6 of those with cooperate perisomal and Verizon customer service which was worthless. Verizon system is so cumbersome there own people can make it work. read more

Very insulting and rude at the 26th and Marion location. One of the reps there told my wife that every time they saw her there was a problem. He also told her that he had canceled our Verizon credit card which he had not. Never apply for a Verizon credit card. If you call with a problem they refer you to synchrony bank. This bank like Verizon plays phone tag and dumb and you just can't get through. We had a horrible experience with being double billed that for some reason neither the store, customer service, or the bank would not deal with and did not understand. Beware! Both Verizon and bank reps. We're simply too lazy and did not wish to take the time to assist us. read more

Today was my first time being in this Verizon store and it will most definitely be my last. I am no longer a Verizon customer but because I had a question regarding my previous Verizon account I made an appointment to have someone at the store assist me. It was obvious that the representative who is assisting me at the store was confused just as much as I was on my billing statement. Amber, the "solutions manager", brought no help in trying to provide any support to my visit. She did however provide snarky comments and spoke over me on multiple occasions. Unsure if this is how she is with current customers of Verizon or if it's just people like me who are no longer Verizon customers. Either way it's unfortunate that there is someone like this assisting people in this location. Poor customer service. read more

Horrible customer service from Amber, who said she was the store manager. 6 week old iPhone 6s purchased new from Verizon's mall location quit working. Went to get replacement or repair. After dealing with Amber, I cancelled my plan with Verizon. Canceling will cost me 500.00.(cost of broken phone) Will never do business with Verizon again. read more
