TJ called me and said the cd played I bought and wanted to install wasn't as good as the existing one. He also said the amp with the lowering fairing kit was missing some adapters. When he called in the morning he said another amp was going to be another $250 to install. Really bummed me out. He called me later that day and told me the bike was done and ready for pick up. He fabricated adapters of a car remote kit and saved me from buying another amp and also told me to return the cd deck from where I bought. He could of raked me over the coles but instead he come up with some ingenuity and saved me a bunch of money. Way to go TJ and dashboard by Karls!

My husband and I bought a washer and dryer here back in July. The salesman, Drew, was helpful…read moreduring the actual sale and promised us a $100 gift card as part of the deal. However, the gift card never arrived with our delivery. When I reached out to Drew about it, he told me I had to physically come into the store to pick it up. Life got busy, but I finally made it into the store today to get it. Now, Drew is claiming the gift card is expired and says there is "nothing he can do about it." At no point during the sale, the delivery, or our follow-up communication did anyone ever state there was a deadline to pick it up, let alone that the card itself would expire before I even received it. Getting a sale by promising a rebate or gift card, and then using undisclosed expiration rules to avoid handing it over, is incredibly poor customer service. Buyer beware if you are promised any promotional incentives here.
