Told us it shipped, then it was on back order, then it was "all of the big box stores bought them all". Never once told us they couldn't get it. Never once called us, I always had to call them, even after repeatedly being told they would call and provide an update. Even getting a refund took two weeks and intervention from the bank. In the end this entire process cost us extra money and delayed our home project over 3 months. Would highly suggest looking elsewhere. Abysmal experience.

My husband and I bought a washer and dryer here back in July. The salesman, Drew, was helpful…read moreduring the actual sale and promised us a $100 gift card as part of the deal. However, the gift card never arrived with our delivery. When I reached out to Drew about it, he told me I had to physically come into the store to pick it up. Life got busy, but I finally made it into the store today to get it. Now, Drew is claiming the gift card is expired and says there is "nothing he can do about it." At no point during the sale, the delivery, or our follow-up communication did anyone ever state there was a deadline to pick it up, let alone that the card itself would expire before I even received it. Getting a sale by promising a rebate or gift card, and then using undisclosed expiration rules to avoid handing it over, is incredibly poor customer service. Buyer beware if you are promised any promotional incentives here.

Gosh I hate to leave a bad review for a small, local business, but my last two visits have made me…read morefeel like a bad person and a bad mom which is ridiculous. The first time I was appliance shopping here a few days ago, the salesman was extremely abrupt and angry when I politely mentioned their competitor's price. If you can't meet that price, just politely tell me why. Now today a completely different salesman helped me. This time I had my toddler with. He was being a normal 2 year old and wanted to explore the store. Rather than the salesman just walking with us and continuing to answer my questions, he just stayed put over by the appliance we were discussing, and his nonverbals toward us were offensive. He clearly did not want my toddler in his store. For the record, not that that it should even matter, but My son was not screaming or throwing a tantrum or hurting anything. He just wanted to walk around the store. The appliance that I probably want to buy is $20 cheaper here with free delivery, but they will not be seeing my business after making me feel this way.

Bob's has no customers, only suffering fools.
