I lost the picture and I called the service department. The service person was out doing home install, She gave me his phone number so I could text him. No reply. I called back in a couple of days. That person let me know the repair guy was doing home installs. He would make certain I would receive a call. No call. Karl's has changed the service department for repairs into home install. If there is not repair for items purchased, I can buy the discount product at any big box and dispose the item when a problem occurs. Karl's has shown that service is not important after the sale.

My husband called Mike from Karl's to see what he can do for us because now we have a stove sitting in the middle of our kitchen that is new but not operable and Mike won't do anything to help us. He just wanted to walk around the store. The appliance that I probably want to buy is $20 cheaper here with free delivery, but they will not be seeing my business after making me feel this way.

I also like the variety in what can be purchased. I won't list everything because I wouldn't know where to start. The prices are very reasonable as well. The only downside is they are not open Sundays, but a lot of other stores are not either. This is a great place for buying gifts and for furnishing any room in your house. So I trek the 90 minuets from southwest MN to find all my favorite imports from Coffee, International snacks, my favorite cookies, furniture, lighting, fixtures for your home.. everything needed and found on this recent trip. I needed assistance finding a couple items, and was able to have one of the personable and friendly associates help me look and find all my items. They're a very helpful crew in Sioux Falls. The store was immaculately clean, completely stocked, and in order. Parking is not an issue here, lots of parking space outside, Even with the holiday rush for thanksgiving.
