When Jer learned I was not going with him, he offered me $100 for a copy of the quote I accepted, as well as photos of the finished work. I did not immediately agree to this, as it was very off-putting. Jer then threatened to have his lawyer call me, and was extremely unprofessional over the phone, using profanities, threatening to sue me and attempting to intimidate me. They loved trying the vacuum on all the carpet samples in the store. There is a large selection of new and refurbished machines. The one I ended up purchasing was actually a pretty inexpensive model - he didn't push me into something I didn't need. There is a one year warranty on the new model I purchased.
