I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a number of options, a detailed instruction of the vacuum I bought and tips for getting better results. I had my two young sons with me (maybe that's why he steered me toward a commercial machine!) and he was terrific with them - also gave them a sucker. They loved trying the vacuum on all the carpet samples in the store. There is a large selection of new and refurbished machines. The one I ended up purchasing was actually a pretty inexpensive model - he didn't push me into something I didn't need. There is a one year warranty on the new model I purchased. He was very friendly and it was a good buying experience.

Jer called a few times about this estimate and eventually revised it. I did not accept Jer's bid. I ultimately went with a different service provider. I did not immediately agree to this, as it was very off-putting. Jer then threatened to have his lawyer call me, and was extremely unprofessional over the phone, using profanities, threatening to sue me and attempting to intimidate me. I Highly recommend you call The Doctor anytime you have a problem with your furnace and he will figure it out fast and efficiently. Stop using these companies that just want to take your money and not solve your problem. I was told I needed a new furnace that's originally why I called to get quoted a price on a furnace Air Serv quoted me $8,900 which is ridiculous for a mobile home. His quote made sense he said around $4,200. But I ended up not even needing a new furnace. Wish I would have called in way back in November when my problem first occurred it would have saved me a lot of stress and a whole lot of money. Don't Be a Fool and get ripped off instead Call Doctor Heating & Refrigeration.
