Jer called a few times about this estimate and eventually revised it. I did not accept Jer's bid. I ultimately went with a different service provider. When Jer learned I was not going with him, he offered me $100 for a copy of the quote I accepted, as well as photos of the finished work. I did not immediately agree to this, as it was very off-putting. Jer then threatened to have his lawyer call me, and was extremely unprofessional over the phone, using profanities, threatening to sue me and attempting to intimidate me. After your item sits for more than a month, you can go retrieve it, covered in dust and dented and scratched. And then the lighting ladies will clutch their pearls and act astonished that this whole scenario may, in fact, have UPSET you, the potential customer. But that's your mistake. Rather than the salesman just walking with us and continuing to answer my questions, he just stayed put over by the appliance we were discussing, and his nonverbals toward us were offensive.
