Jer called a few times about this estimate and eventually revised it. I did not accept Jer's bid. I ultimately went with a different service provider. When Jer learned I was not going with him, he offered me $100 for a copy of the quote I accepted, as well as photos of the finished work. I did not immediately agree to this, as it was very off-putting. Jer then threatened to have his lawyer call me, and was extremely unprofessional over the phone, using profanities, threatening to sue me and attempting to intimidate me. I Highly recommend you call The Doctor anytime you have a problem with your furnace and he will figure it out fast and efficiently. Stop using these companies that just want to take your money and not solve your problem. I was told I needed a new furnace that's originally why I called to get quoted a price on a furnace Air Serv quoted me $8,900 which is ridiculous for a mobile home. His quote made sense he said around $4,200. But I ended up not even needing a new furnace.
