I had my two young sons with me (maybe that's why he steered me toward a commercial machine!) and he was terrific with them - also gave them a sucker. They loved trying the vacuum on all the carpet samples in the store. There is a large selection of new and refurbished machines. The one I ended up purchasing was actually a pretty inexpensive model - he didn't push me into something I didn't need. There is a one year warranty on the new model I purchased. He was very friendly and it was a good buying experience.
