The young one, however, I don't know how the other lady puts up with her, to be entirely honest. She talked nonstop, not to me, to her coworker, or maybe to thin air. I know this woman's entire life story, down to the color of couch that she and her maybe fiancé have in their living room. I go to Catholic Church and I am a baptized Lutheran, so I didn't mind the religious music playing throughout the speaker system, but I don't know if that's common place. I've never heard it at the other store in Mitchell before. Clean store, got into a fitting room quickly, all in all great experience.

I don't have a Kohl's card but the Kohl's cash they offer is a really great deal. I tend to shop when they have clearance sales which are truly ridiculous low prices for good quality clothes. The prices are usually not too bad for the quality of product. I would recommend the east did location due to less traffic and a better experience.

Their return policy is horrid!…read more I doubt it will ever shop there again. I bought a few things and didn't have time to try them on. I went in 20 days later to return just one item and they were only going to give me 80% of the item as in-store credit. Not only do they have a 14 day return policy (which I was never informed of when I made my purchase) and not a standard 30 day but they only will give you in-store credit. That means zero refunds what so ever. Sadly I will not be shopping here. They need to be more accommodating to their customer since it's so easy to go online and purchased the same goods. The quality of the clothing is not worth the hassle and fear that you might not like it when you bring it home. Just another small town cheap boutique.
