If you are new to the area, they appear to be well networked and can give you suggestions for naturopaths, massage therapist or other alternative therapies in the Sioux Falls area. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Their service department is top notch, and they've always got a good inventory and quality product lines to choose from whether it's SCUBA gear or model rockets. You may be able to find better deals, but I guarantee you will not find better personalized service or product knowledge. I can also vouch that their dive trips on the Missouri are excellent, especially if you're a sportsman. I picked up spearfishing several years ago and its just about as much fun as you can have in the water, short of ocean diving. Sioux Falls is lucky to have a Dive Shop of this caliber. Bill Donovan, the owner and lead instructor, has got just about every rank you can get in the recreational SCUBA world. There are not very many dive shops in the country where you can do your open water certification all the way to being an instructor yourself. Whether you want to learn to dive for tropical vacations or dive the area's lakes and rivers, Donovan's is the best shop to do it with.

I've been wearing glasses since 1986 and have had the experience of dealing with a ton of stores in multiple states over decades. I've never worked with anyone quite this bad. Also, the icing on the cake with her nastiness was the UNAUTHORIZED $50 she tried to charge me to look at some different lens color options for some sunglasses. I called her on the carpet this morning as to why she "snuck" this unauthorized charge in and she politely and quickly removed the charges. I'm certain if I would have went above her head on sneaking that $50 charge on me she would have got in trouble from her managers as she threw this charge in out of PURE nastiness. What makes this experience sting even worse is that I was a returning customer. On a positive note I spent $650 with them in December of 2013 and the lens quality of the glasses I ordered was AMAZING. Their lab makes an excellent quality lens. I'm going to keep working with this company just certainly not with Jessica.
